I have booked aflat through mangleens park via mr faisal khan([protected])on booking from written as fifth floor and after booking when recipt came i have harass to saw my booked as 12th floor .i have mail to supertech regard this issue but no response on this . my mobile no is also written wrong in booking from .this is total faud case.

    Supertech Builder is denying giving 2 BHK after taking the 20% amount and signing Allotment letter, after 3 years.

    Hi,

    I booked a 2 BHK IInd floor flat in Supertech Eco Village II Project in May 2010. I paid the initial 10% booking amount and after paying 10% further I was provided with allotment letter which contained details of flat booked.

    After that there was issue for Noida Ext. Land and Supertech initially communicated that no land of project is coming under any disputed land, however after some time they informed that some part of Eco Village II is coming under “Shahbari Village” and they had to return the land which affected some towers of project. The tower in which I had my allocated unit, got affected and at that time Supertech CRM team ( their executives and Managers ) kept saying that no need to worry as affected towers will be migrated to Eco Village III, and will communicate once they get clearance from NCRBP.

    They never cancelled and informed me about the re allocated unit. When the things got sort out and upon chasing Supertech on 13th October 2012, I got the information that I have been relocated to 18th Floor on some other tower in Eco Village II and they forced me to accept that else forget about flat.



    After couple of days when I chased further they told me that they cannot provide me any unit / flat as I have not give acceptance letter, which they never sent and told me on the day when I met them moreover they said that they are no more taking acceptance.

    On further discussion they told me that there will be a meeting of board of directors to decide that whether they will or not provide the flats to the customers to who have not received information from Supertech about re allocation.

    One more time, they did not informed anything and when I chased they informed that they will not provide any flat

    All guys be it executive ( Mr. Rohit ), Manager ( Mr. Saurabh) never listens and just always take information and say we will update which never happened.

    They just use working “This is company policy and can change anytime, we cannot help you”, even they have said “Company is not going to give you any flat, Do whatever you want to do”

    This is insane, how they can behave like this, why Supertech held my money for appx 3 Years and now they are saying to take back my amount.

    I want to file a complaint that if they did not have the same floor unit available then why did they hold my money for such a long time and now when the all things are clear they are just saying to take the money back.

    I am not accepting your decision for refund.As per your above saying "With reference to your mail please be informed that the flat booked by you falls within the boundary of the Shahberi village and, therefore, the same cannot be constructed due to the operation of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India"

    I am correcting you, As per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India order,builder has to relocate the buyers whose flats were fallen in to dispute land of Shahberi.

    So you have to allot me a unit in to this project or any other project.
    If this is not happening then I need to fight against your decision with legal actions with all commitments that happened in between CRM managers and me.

      SUPERTECH : A FRAUD COMPANY, DO NOT INVEST IN IT

      I would like to caution buyers not to invest any money in Supertech. This company goes to any extent to cheat the customers. They do not respect the agreements they sign with the customers. They threaten customers to sign new booking papers and also new builder-buyer agreement. They know whom to bribe in the govt. administration. Hence, please beware of Supertech. There are many other good builders around.

        I am resident of Vaishali, Ghazaibad. On 4th July, 2012 I had booked a studio apartment in Supertech CZAR project (Block Socrates 3, super area 535 Sqft, 16th Floor, unit no. R004SR31714) situated at Plot no. GH-02, Sector Omicron-1, Greater Noida 201308 through Max Gain Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. (Broker), B9, 3rd Floor, Sector 64, Noida-201307. As per broker’s commitment during site visit & meeting at their office and written confirmation of the same via mail dt. 22-06-12, “On option of down payment plan(95% of payment plan), I will got 12% assured return on yearly basis upto physical possession on the unit.” Accordingly I opt down payment scheme and pay a sum of Rs. 16,34,809/- (95% of Rs. 17,20,852/-) to M/s Supertech Limited. Now Supertech saying that booking was never done under assure return scheme and BSP applied on my account was under normal DP Plan which was Rs.2813.58/Sqft and advice to contact the Brokerage Firm “Max Gain Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.” As booking was done by them for more clarifications. Further I’d visited to Supertech Office along with Maxgain representative but fund no solution on this matter.

          I booked Apartment in Supertech oxford square (low rise apartment in eco village 3), noida ext. in Feb 2011, till now (march 2013), builder didn't gave us agreement letter, i have paid 10%.
          Please confirm, if any of you got agreement letter..To me he says that we have not stated agreement letter of this project till now..

            eeco — worst dealing

            I have purchased Eeco new launched vehicle on dated 22.1.2010 from M/S Competent Automobile Co.Ltd.,Mandi H.P., this is the first new launched model car /Maruti vehicle which come on road in Himachal Pradesh, on my inquary from the sales department of M/S Competent Automobile Co.Ltd.Mandi H.P., their Sales Manager told me that without Maruti Insurance such model could not be sold, as there is an circular from Maruti Udyog Ltd., and he said me that if you are not going to purchase the Insurance policy of Maruti Insurance then got your booking cancelled. Kindly let me know about this circular. Can such type of circular issued by you to your dealers. This is the prerogative of customer from which Insurance Co. he wanted to purchase the Insurance policy for his vehicle. Secondly in absence of their director Mr. Mehta the sales department deals with me in casual and discourtious manner. As they have delayed me for five hours at Mandi, as I went to mandi from Shimla, especially for the best hospitalisation of Mr. Mehta. But to great dismay the sales executives of M/s Competent Automobiles are very highheaded. they are not bothered about their good customers. I have recentely in the month of Nov. 2009 purchase a Swift vehicle from M/s Competent Autonobiles Co.Ltd. Mandi H.P., kindly ensure to deal with them in strict manner.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              In Jun 2012, I have booked an unit No. R031C21602 Area 1400 sq ft 3BHK @ 3528 per sq ft at Supertech Renesa at sector-118 Noida with 10 % of Booking amount for sum of Rs. 500000/- Five lakh only under CLP . By Supertech, I am confirming you that next 10 % payment ll be submitted upon project bankable. Since as of now , Project not approved, not bankable & Supertech raised the second demand of 10% in the month of August 2012. Have discussed with the supertech 's officials upon received the second demand & submitted 40 lac home loan sanction soft approval from Indiabull Housing finance limited on behalf of above said unit along with partial due amount for sum of Rs.300249/- i.e.total amount paid Rs. 800249/- ( Rupees eight lakh two hundred & forty nine only) against total demand of Rs.1047000/- ( Rupees Ten Lakh forty seven thousand only)

              Copy of home loan 40 lac sanction letter submitted to Ms. Poonam +91 [protected]- Supertech payment collections. Earlier she has confirmed me that no need to pay the further rest amount till the project is Bankable. and also marks copy of mail to supertech officials Mr. Hemant Yadav, Mr. Nitin Agarwal,Ms. Nidhi Sharma & Mr. Yogesh Sharma .

              Last month, All of sudden with out any prior intimation . I got a cancellation letter along with refundable amount is being returned vide cheque no. 388617 dated 05.02.2013 for sum of Rs. 800249/-Rupees Eight Lakhs Two Hundred Forty Nine Only supertech limited.

              It was very difficult for me to arrange 8 lac at that time and i sold my shares & ICICI prudential policy at a loss of 80,000 to give the booking amount .

              Here I Wish to reiterate the fact that following points have discussed & below words with Supertech officials.

              1. Have 40 Lakh home loan sanctioned from Indiabull Housing finance limited on behalf of above said unit. Xerox copy of home loan sanction letter submitted to Ms. Poonam +91 [protected].
              2. Ms. Poonam has confirmed me that no need to pay the further rest amount till the project is Bankable.
              3. In this regards, Met & discussed with also to Mr. Nitin Aggarwal +91 [protected] He has assured me that my unit is booked & Supertech can’t cancel your unit cause of amount due. You have already submitted your home loan sanction letter with the collection Dept.

              I have been regularly in touch with Supertech officials for depositing this due amount but regret to state that neither has got a phone call from Supertech nor information has been given by officials before cancellation of provisional booking of my unit Flat No. C-2/1602 at Supertech Renesa. Why should I be penalized for somebody else’s lapse?

              I am very much disappointed to know about cancellation of provisional booking o[censored]nit with out any prior information. Kindly help me . it is a mistake form Supertech's side to cancelled my unit ? As I assume that this is not fair to me and Supertech limited is forcing me to take a legal action.

              Supertech Limited utilized my fund more than eight month. And Supertech Limited returned the same deposited amount with out any prior information , with out any appreciation returned the fund, Current market rates are more than Rs. 5000 per sq ft. i.e. approx 1500 sq ft rates hike effect from Jun 2012 till date . Have booked loss of 21 Lakh cause of builder such kind of stupidity.

              Kindly look in the matter as soonest now please.

                I have booked 2 flats in SUPERTECH Eco-village 1 in 10th November 2012, C4 1405 & C4 1408 in noida extension. After 2 months i didn't received any demand letter and agreement letter, On being asked i was told that my flat C4 1405 has been already sold to some other person in march 2012 and it was sold to you mistakenly. So the best possible option we can provide you for C4 1405 is either you take 19the floor or you withdraw your whole amount at the price you have purchased the flat. I have the original booking receipt and amount receipt of supertech. I have booked at 14th floor now they are giving me on 19th floor. Also they are not returning my money at current BSP of the flat.

                  I discussed with a dealer of Supertech Ltd. Mr Ramesh kumar, having mob no. [protected] for booking a 2 BHK flat below 10th floor at Ecovill-1 ,Noida ext. After gating assurance for desired location from Mr Ramesh ,I handover 02 cheques in favour of Supertech Ltd ,bearing serial no 952313 and 952314 of SBI with account no [protected] on date 21/10/2012.

                  2. On date 23/10/12 I received a phone call from Mr. Khan a representative of supertech by his mob no. [protected] and he asked me to send necessary documents by e-mail on e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com. I send the documents on said email id .

                  3. On evening of 23/10/2012 Mr. Khan told me that inventory is available only above 19th floor in ecov-1 for 2 BHK. I immediately refused for get booking and asked to Mr. Ramesh for returning the cheques and documents. As I am working in cab. Sect. office hence due to official works I go frequently out from Delhi so I could not collect the cheque and documents at that time .

                  3. On date 03/11/12 I surprised to know that amount of Rs 1,25,000/- (one lakhs twenty five thousand) had been withdrawn from my account . In this regard I immediately contact to Mr Ramesh and intimate the matter and he assured that the amount will be refunded with in few days .

                  4. on date 04/11/12 I send a e-mail to [protected]@supertechlimited.com. And I received a call from their end with suggestion that the matter of refund will be perused by the dealer by which it is deal (i.e. Mr Ramesh)

                  5. I made several telephonic contact and discussion with Mr. Ramesh but he always push the matter for next few days.

                  6. On date 05/12/12 I again surprised to receive a SMS, the text was “CRN - 1067249 Ref. to your booked unit R0190C31506 at project Ecovillage2” from supertech ltd. This the biggest cheating by Mr Khan (representative of supertch) and Mr. Ramesh . I again remind to you that I never discussed for booking in Ecovillage2.

                  7. Again I perused the above said SMS with Mr. Ramesh and as usual he replied that he will handle the matter but the matter is still tumbling without solution.

                  In the view of above matter I request to the Supertech Ltd authority that the matter may please be resolved immediately and the amount refunded in my said account. It is also requested that strict instructions may be issued to the representative to stop such fraud and cheating. Otherwise I would be forced to go for other legal authority.

                  Anticipation of immediate action please.

                    Hello,

                    I have booked a flat in Supertech Eco-Village 2 on Jan 2011 and received all the papers accordingly and also get the loan from Axis bank same time and paid 50% of the total payment. 10% from myself & 40% from Bank.

                    But later my flat came into dispute and I file a rejection request on July 2011, but later in Oct 2011 Spertech informed me that all the paper wotk will be done aftre the case will be solved from the court. And after that I have to apply either for reverting back the money or I want to accept the new unit offered in other project.

                    Few months back in March 2012, I received a letter from Supertech for the same and this time I have accepted the new unit offered which further I have confirmed from supertech. And also received a mail from supertech regarding the same that I have been re-offered a new flat in Eco-Village 1 (Tower A2, Flat No. 617)

                    Now, from last 2-3 months I am waiting for my allotment letter for the same and every time I got a response that my file is under process and I will be getting a call from supertech for the same. But I haven't received any such call yet.

                    But today, I make a call again to supertech for my flat status and said that my rejection request is under process.
                    I want to know that I have given the request of rejection on 19 July 2011 and which I have reverted back on Oct 2011 (same year) and further supertech told me that all request are now void and all customers will be getting a new letter again. All paper work will be done again.

                    And as per that I have received a new letter from supertech where I have accepted new unit offered in Eco Village 1 and further also made it clear from customer care representative that now I have been re-offered the new unit in Eco_village 1.

                    Now, I am waiting for my allotment letter for which I continuously making a follow-up for almost 2 years. I have paid approx. 50 % of the total amount approx. 2 years back

                    Please consider it on priority and do the needful.

                    Even after 2 months, i am in the same position..
                    Supertech is neither giving Flat not returning the money back...

                    He is just doing fraud, but now i have decided to take help from some legal firm.
                    Other Guys, who are facing such issues (Not getting their refund from Supertech)
                    Please share your case, call me or leave ur message.

                    So, that we can plan accordingly and go legal against.

                    I have discussed my case with an Advocate and planning to send a formal legal notice to them.

                      I had booked a flat in Supertech ECO-II CRM[protected]at Noida Extension in May 2010.I have already made the 20% payment in well in time. No actionable pending from my end(as per supertech record).Its comes under Shahberi village and from day one they have committing me that will provide alternate for the same and update you with revised allotment letter. So many times i have visited to supertech office in Noida more than 10times, but they have asked me to wait till next notification. I have touch with supertech via mail since May 2010 with CRM team but they have not reverted on my mail since Dec12 onward. I have hard copy of mail, which i have shown to Deepak Jha([protected],but has not responded properly with me. After 33 months he asked me to take back your money from office(supertech), which is really not acceptable. He also told me that please provide me the confirmation letter/acceptance letter. I have one question that from where i can produce that letter, which i yet to received from supertech.This is really silly question which supertech spoc asked me.I am paying rent & EMI from 02 year. its my big loss. but builder not given any confirmation on my unit or not response on my any complaints.

                      can anybody suggest how to overcome with the situation... should I approach to the court...

                        Supertech is not responding to my queries
                        I booked a flat with 10% of the total amount in supertech eco village 1 in 2011 before Noida extension was put on hold.The details my booking are :

                        I waited all these days because every time i asked them, they said i should wait and things will be ok soon.Now when things are back to normal and i am continuously contacting them to get my bank agreement done, they are not replying. The biggest problem i see with them is that i have to contact them and they would never come up with an update to their customers.The problem becomes bigger when with my every contact the reply either seems to be a delaying tactics or no reply at all.
                        I hope they don't play complete liars because i had some level of faith in this company as of now but that perception is slowly changing

                          i am really shocked that member of Supertech Management team is avoiding to follows agreement between Flat Buyers & Builders , i am trying to get answers for my issue last six month but there are passing my issues between one person to others , i had booked 2 BHK 795 Sqr Flat in Echo Village 1 in month of March 2010 in two cheque . one is for same time which was cleared from my account in 5th Of April 2010 @20K , where 2nd Cheque given for 1.28 Lac to get cleared from my accounts in next week . but it was no submitted to bank for clearance . after multiple follows-ups with them they said that your cheque is misplaced somewhere & you have to re-issue another cheque with confirmation if first cheque recover then it would not present in bank for clearance . my second cheque cleared from account in month of April 2010 , now it is suprise to answer with supertech team member Mr. Rohit that you are not eligible due to your cheque was dishounered .my question is if i had already paid 10% booking then why this kind of drama , i am continuous trying to connect with Mr. Ashish Verma but still not succeeded . so requested you that please check my issue on priority & resolve .

                            They are charging interest unnecessarily for the duration when bank loan was in process, at the time of booking they promised that small delay of 15-30 days is fine due to bank delay.
                            There was no intimation for interest amount when the Noida extn crisis were there. Now when the things are going on track they started to find the ways to cancel the flats.
                            Also currently bank has not started funding again after the crisis, even though they are pressurizing peoples to make payment, else they will cancel the flat which was booked 2 years before.
                            1 More point, work was stopped for 1~1.3 years, but they have shifted the new possession date after 2.3 years, and to make them safe they are forcing customers to sign addendum so that they should not pay the late possession penalty to the customer.

                            I have been charged interest just because they shifted me to EV1 as EV2 flat was in shaberi. While calculating interest they have added a fake demand just to increase my interest (72000) and when i said can u give me this in writing, one of the executives told me "i have disussed this with mu bosses aur writing me to aapko ek alphabet bhi nahi milega" do whatever you want

                            They told me that you cannot get both the benefits since we have relocated we will charge you this.

                            Dont know where to go against this injustice.

                              Hi,

                              It is regarding flat booking for Eco-villgae-2 through Supertech Ltd, i wish to inform you that we were among the first buyer of Supertech ECO-2 at 11th June 2010 . Initially our towers were designated as V-1 & V-2 ( Vidyut vihar)_ but later on supertech shifted our towers and allotted the B-1 & B-2 Towers. With due course of time , they again changed the location by giving the excuse that tower's flat size has been changed. So they again they shifted the tower I-1 I-2 and in the compensation supertech said to claim only for the 960 sqft area while falt area was signed 1008. In otherway they, gave the rebate of 48 sqft . So accordingly all the buyers deposited the 10 % of amount for the 960sqft area. But now supertech is refusing to give the flat an making pressure to take the money back. They are saying why the buyers didn't deposit the 30 % amount as with in 75 days of the 10% deposit. While we tried a lot to make an agreement after that, we were ready to deposit the rest 30 % immediate . While as per agreement , 30 % payment was suppose to deposit, if the Supertech provides all the necessary papers to make the project bankable/loanable, which they could not.

                              Now Supertech is not ready to allocate flat and sign the agreement and always excuse like that come after diwali.
                              Please help me in getting my for living

                                I bought flat in Supertech Palm Greens on 14.3.2006 and deposited the booking amount of Rs.3,09,100/-. However the company in a most illegal and arbitrary manner after 6 yrs of booking has charged interest on the booking amount amounting to Rs.6,402/- , this action of Builder clearly states the wrong intention on my hard earned money . They Say that “you signed booking form on 14.03.2006 & your payment was confirmed by our bank on 4th April-2006”. How can they put interest on Booking amount. we are buying a flat & taking loan from company.


                                Now, when I asked company for possession in Apr-12, I was shocked to hear that they have put an Interest of 6 Lacs on me on Account of late Payment. Where as only Rs.575500.00 was late for 8 months.

                                They are not paying any penalties on Late Possesion.

                                The Company promised to give possession on Dec-08, But Offered Posssion on Dec-10, i.e 2yrs of Delay, they promised to pay 4/-sq foot per month i.e (2655Sq.ft X 4 =10620.00 per month at the time of Booking.

                                One Most Important thing that they made Allotment Letter in Jan-2009, i.e after almost 3yrs of my purchase & accepting all payments.

                                  I had booked my flat in Supertech UpTown. There are so many hidden costs in Supertech which come out during posession to harass the customer. They are aware that the customer cannot do anything at the time of posession. So, they take advantage of this. At the time of possession, they ask for so many hidden charges that a common man may end up in taking another loan apart from the home loan. When we go to the Supertech office, there is no one to listen to the customers. And, if you dont pay the posession amount within the timeline, they charge you such a high interest.
                                  I have booked flats from other builders and realised that Supertech is the worst builder I have dealt with. They are highly unprofessional, rude and do not value their customers. I have collected phone numbers of MD of Supertech, Mohit Arora ([protected]) and RK arora ([protected]) through my confidential sources. In case anyone needs, they can also call them.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I am a victim of Supertech Company Fraudulent policy. I have received cancellation letter for my booking in Ecovillage -2 project for an outstanding of Rs. 7000/- service tax.

                                    I had booked my flat in Ecovillage-2 , Area 1155sq ft. (2BHK+Study) Unit no.A507. I had made a total 20% payment as booking amount but you did not calculated the service tax correctly during at the time of payment. Later you asked me to pay the service tax amount along with the next demand letter. But as the project got in legal trouble and no demand was generated I did not make any payment.

                                    Meanwhile during all these days I was in touch with supertech guys and they were continuously assuring me that there is no problem with your booked unit regarding payment. they also relocated me to my desired unit after supreme court verdict. I have all these confirmation in email from the Supertech official Email ID. (Dated 31 July 2012). I do not understand if my payment was due then how could they relocate me to new unit that too by confirming in email and suddenly cancel my booking after 2 years. If I had any intention of not paying the money then why would I get my loan approved from HDFC bank after paying Rs. 10,000/- as processing fee. this processing fee is totally gone because I will have to re-apply for the loan.

                                    I had also asked Supertech in email to tell me the process to get refund of my money. But they assured to wait for some more time. (Dated 20 sep 2011").

                                    After the Supreme court verdict they had offered me unit in Supertech-3 (refer Attachment- "Relocated Unit update"). At that time they did not see any cancellation requirement.

                                    After the supreme court verdict company confimed in website that we will be communicatin with the customer regarding affected unit relocation. but there was no communication and suddenly you are sending cancellation letter.

                                    I have all the things in emails and as I know service tax is liabilty to governemnt and government can charge penalty on that. Supertech as a company has also said non-payment of service tax will lead to 24% interest payment. no where it can lead to cancellation.

                                    I have visited the supertech office but there was not any positive response.

                                    After waiting for 2 years I was not expecting cancellation letter from Supertech. I want make very clear to you is I am not beeging for flat it is my right because I have paid for it. and If you want to fight then lets start with consumer court and I will be very patient and kind enough to fight it in court with all my resources. I am all prepared to fight legal battle with the company and I can go to any extent to get what is right.

                                    Supertech is doing so many thing to harrash their customer. but we will not allow them to do. Either we will have to fight againt them in court or thru protest.. we will fight unanimously.

Later Supertech asked me to pay the service tax amount along with the next demand letter. But as the project got in legal trouble though I have discussed several times with Supertech CRM personally and on phone for payment of service tax and re-allotment o[censored]nit. They were continuously saying that they will send details by sept 2012 end, for all this period I am paying interest to bank for amount disbursed through home loan,

                                        Meanwhile during all these days I was in touch with Supertech guys and they were continuously assuring me that there is no problem with your booked unit regarding payment. Supertech had relocated me to After the Supreme court verdict you had offered me unit in Ecovillege-3.
                                        But on 1st Oct 2012 you have sent me cancellation letter

                                        I do not understand if my payment was due then how could Supertech relocate me to new unit that too by confirming in email and suddenly cancel my booking after 2 years. I get my loan approved from IDBI bank after paying Rs. 10,000/- as processing fee, taken insurance for loan and property which I have not get possession, paying interest for loan for more than 1.5 years

                                        After the supreme court verdict company confirmed in website that we will be communication with the customer regarding affected unit relocation. but there was no communication and suddenly you are sending cancellation letter.

                                        After waiting for 2 years I was not expecting cancellation letter from such brand name Supertech. During days when Noida extension was going through several issues I have and kept my money invested.
                                        My dream of owning a house is broken .

                                        Now at this state I am in great mental tension and requesting you please guide and help me.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I have received cancellation letter for my booking in Ecovillage -2 project for an outstanding of Rs. 8300/- as service tax.

                                        I had booked my flat in Ecovillage-2, Area 795sq ft. (2BHK) Unit no.B20-1007. I had made a total 20% payment. First 10% as booking amount including service tax by himself and next 10% after “bhoomi -poojan” from bank loan. But bank didn't pay the service tax and I was not aware about this. Supertech also did not inform me any time about service tax due. But as the project got in legal troubles though I have discussed several times with Supertech CRM personally and over phone for status.
                                        According to Honorable Allahabad high court order, my alloted flat came into affected areas in sahberry village and through supertech website my flat has been relocated to EcoVillage-I B3-1007 and also i was informed by CRM over phone and i also accepted the same through mail.
                                        After that, i communicated again and again about project status over phone with CRM.
                                        They were continuously saying that they will send me mail or letter and will also inform me over phone after completion of legal trouble and will provide separate allotment letter, but nobody informed me about any due amount or any other update.
                                        For all this period I am paying interest to bank to the disbursed amount for home loan.
                                        Meanwhile during all these days I was in touch with Supertech guys and they were continuously assuring me that there is no problem with my booked flat and will relocate me with new allotment letter.
                                        But on 9th Oct 2012, i received a cancellation letter for my booked flat and the reason given was due amount. After meeting to CRM at your office I came to know that bank didn't pay the service tax (8300).
                                        But your office guys unable to assure me that it will be resolved and I will get back my re-allotted flat.
                                        I couldn’t understand, if I have been allocated a new unit, then how come, without informing me over phone or email “Supertech” can cancel my booking, after 2 years.
                                        I have my loan approved from LIC Housing Finace ltd after paying Rs. 14, 000/- as processing fee, and also I have taken insurance cover for my home loan and property, I am paying interest for home loan for more than 1.5 years.
                                        After the Supreme Court verdict, company confirmed in website that they will communicate with the customers regarding affected unit relocation. but there was no communication and suddenly “Supertech” has send cancellation letter.
                                        After waiting for 2 years I was not expecting cancellation letter from such brand name “Supertech” without any prior notice/communication.
                                        My dream of owning a house is broken .
                                        Now at this stage I am in great mental tension and requesting you please guide and help me.

                                        Agreed with Buyer, these are not only the case. I am also suffered and victim of supertech cheating.

                                        In the market they are the biggest cheater, Dear buyer, please don't invest into supertech project.
