Go to hell !!! Or throw ur hard earned money would be much better rather than trusting this cheat fraud company...This is a sweet poison. They took my money for more than 4 years, just imagine 4 + years and cancelled the flat and returned back my money without interest. There is no law against the big builders. Here everything comes with a price even law and justice as well.

i have recently booked a flat in ecovillage-4, Today when i went to supertech office in sec-58 (Noida) to sign the agreement i was shocked to see the possession date as Dec-2018, its 4.5 years from now. Generally 3 years is expected time for completion of a project and ecovillage-4 is not that big project. Supertech is sending one form B to trying to take sign from buyers, this is altered form as originally given by gov. After signing this allows builder to change layout/apartment society as per his wish.
