On 20th April'21 I had tried to book online ticket from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur for Dt. 21st April '21, during online process, Amount of Rs. 264/- deducted from account, but no message received from my registerd Mobile, , after confusing, I visited to Baramunda OSRTC Counter and purchased Ticket PNR NO[protected] on payment for Dt. 21/04/21 Trip Code-301022 departure from BBSR at 7.45 AM Seat No-3. On 21st April when waited to pickup the Bus, a Message from Bus India OSRCT, Service Code- 105003 at 7 AM is received through my registered Mobile again that, Bus No-OD02BA6088 STAFF NO- [protected], at 7.15 AM during the waiting OD022BA6088 passed, On confusion, I had asked the said conductor and shown the ticket and message he denied, After few minutes a call is came and Bus will reach at near Baramunda Overbridge at 7.45 AM, Because of no proper message in timely and I had bount to purchased the ticket. Therefore I request you kindly repay the Online payment ( SBIPG[protected]www.busindia.com Bangalore ) deducted from account without having any message till 21.4.21 7 AM
