Busindia — Didn't receive the e-copy of ticket.

I had just booked the ticket from busindia site for the journey of junagadh to diu bus timing is (28/05/2017, 7:40 a.m ) at 10:00 pm of 27/05/2017. Unfortunately e-copy of that ticket is not recieved by me while the payment is completed and the money is transfer from my debit card. So i want the e-copy of my booked tickets.
As fast as possible or the refund of my tickets.

I booked my ticket on 22 Feb 2018.. But didn't receive any message or email regarding confirmation... The sum I.e. Rs. 605 stands deducted from account..
