On November 1st, I booked a bus ticket from Pondicherry to Chennai on the Bus India site.
I received mail noting that your funds had been credited to Bud India
When I called Bus India customer service, they informed me that your ticket had been cancelled and that I should book another.
Then I went to the ticket counter in Pondicherry and bought a ticket.
The money has not been refunded as of yet.
On the 10th, I called Bus India customer service to inquire about a refund that had been issued at the time, and they responded that you had confirmed bus ticket on the 7th.
What makes it possible? I didn't receive any ticket information from Bus India until the 10th.
On the 10th afternoon, I received a message with the ticket information.
To travel, I booked a ticket on the 7th, but customer service informed me that it had been cancelled.
I now have the ticket information.
How is this even possible? It is only possible to travel to a past time machine for that.
