On 16 Oct, 2015 I tried to book ticket from delhi to Patiala by Bus India Mobile app but due to problem with their payment gateway, money was deducted from my account but ticket booking was not successful. I tried to book that ticket twice but both the time, money was deducted from my account (Rs. 513/- each) but booking was unsuccessful. I used BI Wallet option to pay for the ticket. So, total amount of Rs. 1026/- was deducted from my account. I mailed bus india regarding the same and got a reply that money will be refunded within 7 working days.
Till date i have not received any refund in my BI Wallet or my Bank Account. I have tried to contact them multiple times but getting no response. Despite many emails sent to BusIndia, i am getting no reply from their side and no one ever picks their toll free number.
As i was using Mobile app, so i dont have any reference number but Order Nos. for these BIWallet transactions are:
