Dear sir,
I have been to manali with my family. We were 12 members. We had booked a volvo to delhi from an online portal travelyaari.com. First, they have given our seats to somebody else at extra cost and take away the bus by preet travellers. Ten they adjust us in other bus (Bus number up13at2077). Driver had some drink before driving. We have faced a near accident situations in manali 3times. Got saved by a luck. I want govt to take a strict action against these drivers. Cancel their license. Even the bus ac has stopped functioning. Pls take qualified bus drivers and travel agencies at online websites for booking.
Earlier, we have booked mercedes bus. Surprised to see at redbus they were showing 16 seats. We want to book 12 bt they allowed to book only 6seats and again it was showing only 1 seat. Then cancelled it and takes away 50% of our payment. What was my mistake?? I loss half of the money, comfort, everything.
