I have added 397 Rs to the wallet on 29 th october that transaction was failed at the lost step they have debited money from my bank account. after that i have contacted bank for deatil thaey gave me an referance no as[protected]/payuibibopvtltd. but now also i didnt ge t my money back. they send a mail as money revertd but didnt get back. i mailed more than 50 times but they send always our support team will contact you.it tiik more than 20 days
