Buyatbrands — Bad quality of watch providing by the company

I purchased one edifice (ef550) watch (invoice number:1105261) worth rupees 3500.00 around june 2015 from your esteemed company. but unfortunately within a span of one year its wrist belt got broken and the minute hand has become loose, so the watch is unable show any time. it is unexpected that an esteemed company like this could provide such low quality watch. i would expect my watch to be replaced....

At soon I see the watch, the watch appears to be damaged
The glass above the dial is not fixed and the chain of the watch is broken too
Looks like it's already a broken watch that has been delivered to me by buyatbrands
Seriously disappointed by buyatbrands
The dial of the watch also looks like manipulated....

Buyatbrand — Worst customer service

I bought Casio watch and its radium not working. After 2-3 month call, they had arranged pick up and after 3 month constant call, they replaced watch (as per buyatbrand). Problem still as it is. The worst condition is, they never reply or call back in mail or phone. I have all phone records and email conversation with me. Never buy from this site....
