I bought Action Campus Super soft school shoe for my kid (size 10) 45 days ago, he may used this shoe only 30 days. But within 30days usage bottom is broken. I didn't able to see any complaint portal or remedy.One of the worst product I preferred for kid. I reached with your phone number but no one picket up

Note: Mail id that provided in portal is wrong. Action shoe is misleading the customber

Sole got cracked in its normal use only. Pair of shoes bought only 2 years back and used very sparingly. Looks as good as new but yesterday on its first use in this winter soles of both the shoes got cracked automatically. It caused a lot of discomfort and embarrassment to me and with much difficulty i could reach home. The discomfort and problem faced must be taken on record and complaint must be redressed.

Sir., i have bought action tracking shoes in aurangabad from new look shoes shop shoes upper layer being cracked in one day use...
I have being disappointed as new shoes used for one day its colour is being showing cracks and inner white layer is being seen on black shoes which is not seen good as a newly bought shoes... Kindly help me to replace that shoes...

We are loyal customer of action shoes since long for their comfort and reliability.

I had a bad experience with my two shoes. Photographs of the same are attached herewith for your ready reference.

These are not well used, it is very clear from shoe upper which is still as new but sole
Has been damaged.

I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

This not only brings bad name to the company but at the same time i will also not advise anyone to buy shoes from action and the confidence to buy action shoe also got shattered... It will be much worthy to buy the same from foot-path instead of action.

The person of the action showroom from where i purchased, told that they cant do anything.

The person of the Action showroom from where I purchased, told that they will paste it and will give back to me. Sir ! am I not capable to paste out the same from a shoemaker from the roadside.

I purchased action shoe from new kala mandir shop at bhiwani, sole of the shoe was broken in d second wear of it. I approached to the shopkeeper, he returned the shoe to tha company but i have not received my shoes since last 2 months, shopkeeper is telling company has made courrier of shoe, but not received. The worth of shoe is 800... Pse do needful. Neither shopkeeper nor company is taking the matter seriously... I req company to pay back my money so that i can purchase another pair...

I have purchased oxford formal shoes before 3 months approx. And initially it was comfortable but the soul and backside is very hard. Just because of that i am still suffering from serious corn on my right foot and i have already spent almost 10000. I couldn't expect these kind of quality from your shoes this is a aminent and most famous brand actually known for shoes only.

Kindly consider it.

I purchased action shoes in january 2017. soal removed from shoes with in 15 days. Shop keeper did pasting but pasting again removed with in one month. Shop keeper did pasting 2 times but it is not working. soal removed 3rd time. I need complete money back or replacement. pls provide me best solution. Again and again visiting the shop and pasting in every 15-30 days is not solution. If I am purchasing branded shoes then I wish to get quality. I paid 1300 bucks but I did not get utility of 1300 bucks. Now I thinks it was much better if I could purchased Rs. 300 shoes that time. It could save my money and time too. Hope to see replay soon. Dear Sir, Last month i bought a pair action shoes at local shop. shopkeeper says that this is new brand in actin shoes and its very comfert. within 15 days shoes are damaged.After next 15 days in 10% to pay again i recevied new pair but this time only 1 week shoes are damage.

I purchased a pair of sandles from the "action" store on 1-7-2014. After wearing it for 2 times, its leather got damaged. I returned the pair of sandles on the store on 1-8-2014 and since that day i received my sandles today that too without any repairing saying that we do not cover this damage. this is extremely horrible that companies like action are doing this sort of rubbish things with there customers. Not even 2 times used, their sandle got damaged and eve after keeping it for 24 days, they didnt do any replacement. I want a solution for my problem. Defect in Shoes

Dear sir,

I purchased a pairs of Action sandal rates 220/- the both unit got cracked damaged in abuot a month and last week i went to the showroom at Chandigarh from where i had purchased the shoes and then they not agree for the replacements of this. They are saying that they will do the repairing on this.

Also demanding Rs.50/- extra for dispatch to Company after that they will decided to replace it or not.
Due to bitter experience i did not want to purchase another material i am a regular custumer of action

I want the replacemnet of bad unit

I have purchased on dated 18/10/2009 with Rs.220/-




- Rs 50 taken as handling charges or dispatch the bad to company ? is it fair
-- No bill is given by the showroom !

dear sir,

i purchased two pairs of shoes rates 1050/- each shoes got damaged in abuot a month and after two months i went to the showroom at kashipur from where i had purchased the shoes and then after a month they decided to replace it

due to bitter experience i did not want to purchase the same brand though i am a regular custumer of action

however i purchased OLIVE model NL 105 for 1449/- and had to pay the difference of 400/-

- rs 100 taken as handling charges ? is it fair
- the shoes do not have the logo of action, is it ...
- the mrp is not printed on the shoes, is it not violating the government laws
- no bill is given by the showroom !
