This is an incident that occurred on 24/10/2024.
I placed an order for running shoes worth around Rs 6, 300/- at around 11 am in the morning using the adidas India website.
I paid using my card and the amount was deducted instantaneously.
A message popped up saying I will get a confirmatory message with order number shortly.
It's now 5 hrs and have still not received any e-mail/mobile message on the placement of my order. Usually, for online orders this is instantaneous.
The help line no is not supportive as it keeps you waiting all the time.

    I Placed two orders with Adidas of Rs3000 and Rs 1900 on 10th January 2023 which was delivered to me on 12th January 2023.
    On the same day I Returned them and on 14th January I received a message from adidas that the return has been completed so I mailed them to take my bank details so that I can get my refund
    On 16th January I received a mail stating to give your bank details which I gave .Till then it has been 23 days and I have not got my refund and on it's website it's stated that the max. time of refund is 14 business days and the time is already over.
    Please help me get my refund of Rs4900.
    Order id AIN02490823 and AIN02490926
    No refund has been provided till date by adidas and 27 days have been passed but on their website it is stated that max days of refund is 14 days

      Hi team,
      Recently I have ordered a product in adidas India online website with order number AIN02327223 and paid via UPI and the payment was success and got the message that the "Order is being Processed". But I haven't received mail confirmation or message to the registered mobile number. When I tried to check the order status, there was no such order available with the above mentioned order Id. Regarding the issue I have sent an email with the order Id screen shot and payment reference number related screenshots. but still I haven't received any reply email from adidas india. Yesterday I had a call with the customer care representative but I haven't get any proper response from them as they couldn't find it. Kindly let me know the status of my order or refund the paid amount as soon as possible.

        refund not credited to my account

        I had returned adidas products on 5th of feb and the refund process for the same was initiated on 9th of feb. But i haven't yet received the refund of amount rs. 1548 in my account. However, after raising concerns to adidas india, they provided me with the payu id - [protected] and transaction id - [protected]. Please trry to solve my concern as soon as possible....

        I have initiated the complaint against product which is under warranty period as per protocol of manufacturer . However the response from the manufacturer is not at all satisfactory. I have listed the events chronologically for reference and necessary action.
        1. Bought the product item Code B24317 the Energy Bounce shoes on 09 Feb 2016 vide Invoice no *SI[protected]*
        2. On receipt, started using the shoes & crack/peeling of started in just 4 days. The complaint was registered on phone 19 feb 2016.
        3. The customer executive advised to send the snap shot of product with label and invoice copy so that they inspect the defect and process the replacement of product within 72 hours.
        4. No response was received on email, however on calling their customer care number they keep on saying different procedure, first they said replacement, then credit and refund of money on request etc.
        5. On 26 Feb 2016 they said on receipt defect they will inspect and initiate the refund amount based on their judgment on extent of defect, which is unfair.

        In Europe same seller / manufacturer was replacing the defective product under warranty immediately, same manufacturer taking so much time & changing his stand. I am surprised with Manufacture response and request Indian consumer cell to act on it.

        The event is totally unfair & not honoring their own commitment, so I request you to review the case and take appropriate action against manufacturer.

        Adidas India — Sport Shoe

        Shoe tore apart within four months of purchase. Mailed the company with the desired attachments and Bill at [protected]@adidas.com.Mail got rejected.
