This is to be inform the above mentioned GC no has been dispatched from Gurgaon to Cuttack and they have delivered the goods with all damage. They ask me send photos we will process claim, after sending photos no respond from one, after sending multiple reminder email they are saying we can provide you 1000 for all damage cost. but they have damage goods with cost 2 Lakhs (INR 200000).

These goods were loaded from kolkata (Purbaloke, kolkata 700099) to be delivered at new delhi no 4/7/2017. Valuation rs 15, 000/-the goods were insured. As per discussion with the packing agent the goods were supposed to be delivered in 10 days. However till 22/7/2017 goods are not delivered the tracking department says goods have reached delhi however on people stationed at delhi say material not received.
