I booked through Agoda Application for a planned visit to Kolkata dated 21st Sept 2022 for check in :1st oct 2022 & check out: 4th oct 2022, booking was confirmed (booking id:[protected], 4 person & 2 rooms) & payment was deducted by given credit card dated 28th Sept 2022 . But
unfortunately When we reached at the hotel at 2 p.m., they denied to accept us.
After trying many times we were able to connect with the customer care...

Agoda provides terrible customer service. I had a booking with agoda for two rooms in hotel cambay sapphire, neemrana.

Services in hotel were pathetic making worst of my ever experience for a weekend getaway.

Hotel did not had anything in place or available which was mentioned on their website. Horrible room services and nothing (And i include even the doorbell of room) was working.
