Hello,
I bought Aldo bag before 10 days and it’s already torn out ang threads are coming out
I have already stopped using due to poor situation...

No refund after raising ticket....

I purchase a leather tote bag somewhere in november from dlf promenade store. Since then i have used it only for ten-fifteen days and leather has started ripping off from corners of the bag and straps of the bag. I purchased this bag for worth rs. 7000/- and if would have known the quality of bag i would have preferred some other brand. Request you to please either replace the product or refund my money....
