Our dear once are facing life and death, i guess the ambulance have seen that and they don't treat the urgency very well. I can see many have already raised complaint . And my complaint is one among them and will be ignored . Its my request to direct how to manage the emergency for the driver and the helper.

When I called the ambulance first they cut the phone 2ndly when I called again I told them its an emergency and the patient is unconscious theese people took 25 mins to come to C-6 from fortis vasant kunj seriously it hardly takes 7-8 mins. I will never forget this....
