I have booked my hongkong holiday package a month before travelling from delhi from antilog vacations, zirakpuri, chandigarh. I contacted them via phone & spoke with jancy (Sales manager).in her 1st email she sent me quote of inr 62, 800 (Including flight) & 6 nights package per adult. When i called other company i found jancy sent me wrong price as it is not possible any travel company to give package with such a cheaper price. Next day i called her & she sent me new quote of inr 52, 500 without flight same package. I agreed for this price but after 3 - 4 days while driving i got a call from her & she asked me to make booking amount 25000/-. I made the booking payment & after 4 days she again called me to make remaining payment of inr 95000/- instead of exact amount. She over charged me approx 16k on top of that package which i agreed without flight. Anyways, i have made the payment after a long conversation of land only package price changed (As per her). I have booked my flight via mmt & send flight tickets as well. 4 days before my final travel date on thursday (My flight was on monday night), i got an email from them that i have to file a par form which i need to carry with me in hongkong while doing immigration checkout. I never been to hongkong & wasn't aware that they have changed their on arrival visa rules for indians. After few hours on my own research i found that par form is like e visa which is 100% mandatory for indians & will asked to show even in india before you board the flight. I was very much upset with this because my par (E visa) went unsuccessful while filing online. Another way was to send my original passport & supporting documents alongwith visa fee to honkong embasy which take around 4 weeks to get approval for visa.

Anitlog vacations or we can say jancy their one of best employee didn't know about visa procedure about hongkong & kept stating me over the phone that it was my mistake that i didnt fill the form on time. My passport has birth place chandigarh & this was the reason online par got unsucessfull. This information was provided to me by their another management mrs gunjan. Anyways, i had no choice left by anitlog vacations now & i was feeling like i have been scammed by them twice in same package which i will not be able to fly. 1st she overcharged me more than 15k after booking amount, 2nd i couldnt fly because of their lack of knowledge about visa process. Since i am their repeated client & already traveled 3 more countries before this, i blindly trusted on them. I have cancelled my flights & got a loss of inr 15k in flights too, however antilog vacations refunded me my full amount of inr 1, 20k but didn't give my flight cancellation loss because as per them they don't take any responsibility as it was booked by myself.

It was my 2nd marriage anniversary & me & my wife were so much happy to celebrate it in hongkong which was planned a month before but it was totally ruined up ms. Jancy from antilog vacations. I found one more major blunder done by antilog vacations online where 2 couples were refused to board flights as antilog vacations didn't arrange visa for malaysia & their total honeymoon & money was wasted. After making many calls & my personal visit to their office in zirakpur, i got my 100% refund from them but flight tickets it was a loss for me. 0 star for them now. Their staff don't have mandatory knowledge about visa of other countries & have no coordination between each other as they change their statements every now & then.

    I have booked my tickets for hotel booking and cruise booking with antilog vacations for the month of december 2017. They booked with the 30% of total package. Now, i asked them to provide me with my cruise tickets with full money i am giving. But they are refusing to give my hotel confirmation vouchers and cruise tickets and saying they can only give 6 days prior to travel.

    But this was never told to me and i need my bookings right now. When i am paying them full, i don't understand the concept of giving tickets 6 days prior to international travel. This is ridiculous part of antilog. I need all the vouchers right now.

      In my complain someone calling me by this no [protected] nd tell me he will give me call back but no cll received when I am called on this no he is asking me for netbanking I'd and password for vouchers verification when I said why I give it to u he said bcz of gst rules I said I dnt gives u he shouted me and abusing me very cheap language I think I choose wrong site vry bad experience by antilog vications

        Such a bad experience untrained person even TL nd team has no coordination I book dubai sightseeing package only on 30th june and mr. Varun told me he send me vouchers on same day or mrng I said ok no problem but 3rd july I received cll he said Mr. Varun send u wrong price calculations mistake ur cost is 2600/- higher send me cost differences amount other wise I cancelled ur trip nd refund u and my travel date is" 5july " wow 2 days before u said this last moment whn I said I want to talk. Mr. Varun hez on leave I m calling him but not received nd thn TL mr Praveen call me and said pay amount I will cancel ur deal I told him last moment whr I m going he said other vendor gives u in 2 hrs u can get it from other vendor...seriously last 4 days u did nothing even u people have no idea of costing mistake u told other vendor did it in 2hr such a rubbish guy hez not accept his mistake I told him Mr.varun bear tht amount why should I bearing he told like no u have too...
        Hez not taking any responsibility now wht to do is this my mistake...
        At the time if I cancelled package of any reason tht time can not refund nd now its ur mistake u told customer mistake really...
        Mr.varun, Mr. Praveen, mr nagesh every person just cover it and said take it or refund ur amount last moment whn I dnt have much time wht to do tell me bcz o[censored] spoiled my trip...

          We were 4 adults (two couple), and we both are newly married, so we planned to have a tour. I am Nishit Siddhpura, practicing architect & engineer from Bhavnagar, state Gujarat.
          We had purchased a honeymoon package from a travel company based in Chandigarh, named ANTILOG VACATIONS PVT. LTD. On 26th of April 2017. Our package value is 2, 18, 000/- Rupees, what we had paid on the 26th April 2017.
          On the base of public rating, their advertisement, claims & talk with their representative I had trusted over & purchased a package form them for INDONASIA, BALI, honey moon package with all inclusion. Like air ticket, Local city tour at Bali, food accommodation & return airfares etc…as mentioned their Itinerary provided by them & attached here. The tour was planned for date 18th to 25th May 2017. And as per that we had done our shopping & other expenses because our tour was planned, but who knows, what wrong will be happening with them. We purchased this package form from this company by their executives Mr. Sumeet & Ms. Gunjan (head of Sumeet).

          According to Itinerary, our flights & programs were as below
          Ahmedabad to Chennai Chennai to Kuala Lumpur Kuala Lumpur to Bali
          Our journey were starting form 18th midnight & were reaching Bali by 19th May 2017 Night. And then stay there & have different activity as mentioned in their itinerary attached so not writing here total description.
          When we reached at Chennai airport at 1:45 AM on 19th May 2017, we were eagerly waiting & even not too our sleep till morning to catch our next flight for Kuala Lumpur. Because we all were so happy, exited & happy to thinking that our dream is going to be fulfill.
          But in the early morning, when our flight for Kuala Lumpur flight had started to board, we all 4 stood up in que for getting board.
          But when we reached to reception, flight operator company AIRASIA’S member had retained & not allowed us to board. We had a long discussion & argument on this, but we were failed to convince him, because they were right technically. After that we were let him words with our travel company’s executives about this situations. From whom we purchased this package, Mr. Sumeet Nayyar. They both have talked more than 2 time by 3 succeeding calls. After this all we were realize the tremendous mistake done by Sumeet Nayyar & ANTILOG Team.
          According to Airasia’s staff (its regulation & law actually, that we don’t know because we are traveler, not agent who performing business since a long time) for just change over the flight at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), we required a valid visa or transit visa. And second potion if traveler don’t have valid visa, their Air ticket booking must be direct to their destination, means the ticket must be booked via route, not point to point. So we were not eligible for getting board. So they had denied. After that, we were remain seated at airport on instruction of our travel organizer company ANTILOG VACATIONS, because they had been claiming that, they are arranging optional flight immediately.
          But that flight were never booked & we were just been seated, up to 10:00 PM, whilst our original flight were already flew. After 10:00 we all were forced by Airport authority & Airasia staff to leave the airport. Can you imagine what we all had suffered from? We were in honeymoon & vacation mood, imaging our happiness & lovely ideas, and suddenly we were kicked out by airport authority at Chennai, just because of mistake done by ANTILOG. We all were young & newly married, in unknown city, with no motive, no reason, and no activity. After plenty of calls we had done to Antilog, they had refuse to provide optional flight for Bali, and asked us to do whatever we want. Up to this call we made at 1:30 PM on 19th May, they were just lying with us, about making optional facility and much. We literally bagged to them for at least think about our wives & where we will go? Okay do one thing just arrange a return ticket to Ahmedabad for us, so at least our wandering like a vagrant might be stop & reach to home? But they had not ever, at last after wandering & waiting for their reply we booked ticket our self by our agent in Bhavnagar for Chennai to Ahmedabad.

          So, at last our tour was totally ruinously failed, even after a huge amount of paying to a well-known agent company, our tour was terribly destroyed. And its affects our personal lives too. Because it’s directly touched to feelings & life. We both male feelings guilty against our foolishness & we were not able to arrange a well-planned honeymoon. We both had work hard to save this amount & it’s wasted totally.
          Even after a month plus few days, Antilog is not ready to provide us our original package of tour & the return air fares from Chennai to Ahmedabad which is our legal & genuine right.
          It’s purely, totally their fault, they should inform us in advance for visa, or booked direct flight rather than point to point flight. So it’s their responsibility to provide me the same tour package with all-inclusive like before, and also my return flight ticket amount.
          We were never demanded before for any other expenses which we were made due to this tour. And that all expenses are in vain because our tour were terminated in between due to their mistake & lack of knowledge of regulation for visa.
          Now, I am just requesting for justice only & want our package with compassion or full refund with compensation.
          I requested them & they are just playing with my trust, generosity & straightforwardness. Every day I am making call to them, now they are not attending calls accept I called them from unknown number.
          I am requesting you to help me to get my legal right & expose them in market that how travel company can fraud with them.

            [Putting the same mail sent to them, no response received]

            As discussed over numerous call conversations over the past month,

            this is about my houseboat stay covered prepaid in my itinerary, which promised me:
            - Relaxed, calm & safe experience of staying in a houseboat
            - Delux Houseboat accomodation
            - Flower decoration on arrival
            - Candle light dinner, in addtion to breakfast & lunch

            And please find below the variations:

            - there were couple of crumpled roses thrown on bed in the name of flower-decoration.
            - the room was shady and not maintained.
            - judge the quality of the room by knowing that the other room of absolutely same quality being used by the boat-driver & the cook who stayed with us. It even had a portable TV inside, which we 'did not'.
            - the property was badly in need of repair & was in dilapidated condition. It was damaged at several places.
            - the bathroom was very dirty and completely unkempt. We could not even think of taking a bath the next morning.
            - very low quality food served over boat and they were not even informed of we being vegetarian in first place, though notified to operators & to Antilog several times.
            - No candle night dinner.
            - though raised several times of shifting the place of boat, due to it been placed just side-by-side to another boat where there were a bunch of drunk people were partying late till night.
            - Mosquito coils were provided only after repeated asking.
            - Only thing possible in the name of safety, was if we could lock oursel[censored]p in the tiny dirty room provieded for full 14 hours (5:30 pm till 7:30 am)

            I would demand a full refund of this stay in this case, as this is the least I could ask for the horrible experience I went through.
