            Hello sir/madam. I am resident of kattasubharao thota eluru. I live here on rent basis. Recently i got a electric bill of rs 339/-. The bill shows the previous reading which was taken on the 09/03/2020 that is 13097. And on the 09/05/2020 the reading is 13257. The total used units will be 160. This is for 2 moths so average here is 80 units. So the billing must be done on monthly usage but they calculated on total two months. Which crosses the slab from 50-100 to 101-200 units. The price of 50-100 units is 2.60/- where as 101-200 unit is 3.60/-. Here the unit rate difference will be charging us 160/-. The maximum bill i paid after coming into this house is 159/-. Not only charges per unit but also the various charges will change according to the slab o[censored]nit usage.in month of april they intimated us to pay the amount same as previous month bill. If calculated the 80 units amount will be around 160 or 170 including all the charges. So the total would be around 330 to 340. As we have paid the advance for april bill the amount should be dedicated rs 108/- so the net bill will be 200- 230/-. But i received the bill 339 after dedicating the previous advance payment.               The old meter is showing wrong readings. We were absent when the current office staff removed our fuse without intimation. We wont get water due to such actions. We are using limited amount of electricity. Please change the old meter. The staff had removed the fuse even before the last date.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  Bill No: 25497308 SC No: 11139500C7 010423
                  I write concerning the above account. The meter is currently showing a reading of 2376 .4 I do not accept that the meter is recording accurately.
                  The bill in question for 1009 units is extremely higher. Month on month the meter reading is increasing .I inspected the meter with all my appliances turned off and noted that it continued to register units of 6.3 units per day consumption.(Door Lock)It is clear that either the meter is faulty or that there is some other problem.
                  Either way, the bill is not a true reflection o[censored]sed. I now wish to request you to carry out a test on the meter at my home.
                  I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable date for the test to be carried out. I observed this from last 4 months after changing the new meter.

                          I humbly request your authorities to make the streets enlightened with street lights which are already provided. Since 41 days the street lights of gollavillivanipalem village, sujathanagar, pendurthy near raghavendra residency apartments lane were not glowing. I had already raised the complaint verbally to the local staff but they hadn't rectified till date. The area is already in hit list of thefts regularly.
                          So, kindly do the favour to the public of our street & the tress passers of our street. Here by i also attach one of the pole no. Of our poles (04 no's all not glowing).

                              AS WE WENT TO CHECK THE STATUS TODAY, WE FOUND THAT THERE IS FALSE RECTIFICATION

                              1. FIRST OF ALL YOU CHECK OUR SUBJECT MENTIONED AS IT IS A MISBEHAVIOR OF AE IN OUR HOUSE AND HIS HARSH WORDS OF DISCONNECTION OF OUR CONNECTION { SERVICE NO : [protected] }

                                Transformer and Power Connection pending –when I ask the officials play ignorant.

                                It is very depressing the pace at which things are moving and progressing. I painfully regretted for having opted for agriculture with the kind of support and help from the departments. Why is this delay- the reason is clear and obvious even to a kid.

                                Can anybody help me before it is very late, before I loose one more year of cultivation? Can anybody take action on the evils of the departments?

                                APEPDCL — about std facility and national roaming facility

                                I am a director of APEPDCL and my mobile number is[protected]. just I want to know whther the [protected]@national romming services is actived on mobile or not? why because in yearly days i had actived these services now one of your customer excutive told me that it was dissabled. if it so give me reason why it is happend so

                                Kindly refer my earliar complaint dated 24/10/2008 requesting you to supply 3 phase power 24 hours for our house in Maurya Meadows, Kommadi Road, Madhurawada, Visakhapatanam.But so far it is not done.We are planning to shift to our New house but because of non supply of 3 phase power we are unable to do so.

                                just today i received my power consumption bill through the contract biller vide unicode [protected] dated 10th may 2009 for serivice number 11221-5B[protected] in the owner name V B Rao for an amount of Rs.2950-00 two thousand nine hundred and fifty only which is unberable. kindly check once again with the previous year for the same month which is meagre comparatively for the month may 2009 for the unitsmentioned about 887. please any officer concerned as the amount biill is huge and correct the bill according to the consumption.

                                  FIRST THE SERVICE ENGINEER WAS TESTED THE PC AND TELLING THE MOTHER BOARD WAS NOT WORKING AND HE TAKE THE MOTHER BOARD TO HIS OFFICE AND TAKING 10 DAYS TO RECTIFIFY THE FAULT AND AGAIN ANOTHER SERVICE ENGINEER ( SURESH BHIMAVARAM)WAS FIXING THAT ALREADY NOT WORKING MOTHER BOARD AND AGAIN TESTED THE MOTHER BOARD AT OUR PREMISES AND HE TOLD THAT MOTHER BOARD WAS WORKING PROPERLY BUT THE SMPS WAS NOT WORKING AND HE TAKE AWAY THE MOTHER BOARD AND SMPS(SURESH, ELURU) ON STILL THE PORBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED.IN THIS CONNECTION THE HCL COMPANY WAS NOT RESPONDING SUCH IMMEDIATELY ABOUT THE PC PROBLEMS AND CAUSING THE MANY PROBLEMS TO COSTUMER.IN THIS REGARDIT IS OBSERVED THAT THE NEGLIGENCIES OF HCL COMPANY IS EFFECTED THE CSTUMER BEING CAUSING THE MANY PROBLEMS.THE SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE NOT WELL KNOWN EXPERIENCED PERSONS TO CAUSE MNY PROBLEMS.
