Dear sir/madam, While booking ticket on APSRTC website on 5th December from Nellore to Anantapur for journey on 6th december, amount of Rs.373 had been deducted but the ticket was not booked.I got a mail from EBS payment that the transaction has not been completed.I mailed many times to the EBS to see that the amount be refunded soon.But the issue has not been resolved till now.Please see that amount will be refunded soon to my account.
