we are use ro aqua guard, on dtd 20/01/17 we have received a message from eureka forbes which wrote that "Dear customer [protected], our service technician will visit you for a Mandatory Service of Aquaguard due in February 17 - Eureka forbes

and 08/02/17 we received again a message which wrote that "Mandatory Service [protected] of you Aquaguard GWPDDRMGR00000 has been completed by technician Mr. ASHISH...

Our aquagaurd duo water purifier not working since 8 days. we complained to service center and complaint no. is 87950679. complaint was closed mentioning house is locked. it is not correct. they have not contacted while coming to my house. again i complained on 09\07\2016. complaint no. 88087042. your service people promised to send your engineer with in 4 hours. but not turned till 10.30 pm today. is. 09\07\2016. it is very bad on your part....

Met Murugan at your stall at Koramangala property expo. Assured Demo after purchase but didn't turn up after purchase from him.I have proof of mobile conversation. Now I want to return product still not opened...
