Asha Township Complaints & Reviews

I had very bad experience with asha township, i paid advance of 40 lac to asha township (Channakeshava/raju). I have paid advance with the condition that they will get all the sanctions necessary. The sanctions are still not in place and the layout is not approved.
Still i am behind them asking for the registration date or refund of my amount. They are postponing month on month that registration will be done and wait for few more...

This complaint is against "Asha Township" in Hennur Bangalore.
The Asha township represented by Mr. Channakeshava son of late Muddanna B.C, is locate at Bilishivale Village, Bidarahalli hobli, bangalore east taluk.

I entered into an agreement with them on 20.01.2008 for purchasing 7500 sq. ft of land, provided all the approvals are in place, so that bank loan can be obtained.
