This complaint is against "Asha Township" in Hennur Bangalore.
The Asha township represented by Mr. Channakeshava son of late Muddanna B.C, is locate at Bilishivale Village, Bidarahalli hobli, bangalore east taluk.
I entered into an agreement with them on 20.01.2008 for purchasing 7500 sq. ft of land, provided all the approvals are in place, so that bank loan can be obtained.
However, the land approvals are still not in place and the developer is refusing to return my 10 Lakh rupees paid to him as advance. After endless bargain and request the developer Me Channakeshava gave me a cheque of 10 Lakh rupees dated 25.11.2009 but the cheque has bounced because of "lack of sufficent funds". It's almost a year after that now and still the money has not been paid to me.
