Hi,

I had purchased Chevrolet Spark on 12 April 2011 from Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd (Goregaon showroom). I had pad Rs 36,052 as RTO registration charges, however, to my great surprise and shock, i was only given RTO receipt of Rs 24,218 and no proper explanation or receipt was given for the balance Rs 12,000 (approx). I feel cheated.

Is there a way where i can claim back my Rs 12000. Kindly suggest.
