Dear Finance Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my car loan account with Cars 24. Despite diligently paying my EMIs on time, it has come to my attention that there has been a blatant failure on your part to update my repayment status to the CIBIL bureau.

This negligence is not only affecting my credit score but also casting doubt on your professionalism...

Recently I have purchase an Old Car from CARS24 with extended warranty of 1year but with in 3-4 days of running Iwas facing multiple issues with the car
1.Car is switching off when slows down.
2.Horn was not working
3.AC cooling is not proper.
I had logged the complaint for the above issues and there technical team member had picked the car from my home .As due to official work Ihad taken the car to Jaipur so...

Hi I have sold my car AP20AN3969 to Cars24 recently, my original RC was not there as it was undelivered, for that they said we will hold 10, 000 and will be released once RC copy is received, later I went to rto office and collected original undelivered RC and handed over to this car dealer, now they are not even responding for release of 10k, Please help me in getting back 10k which they hold....

I sold my car to cars24 on may 2021.
till date i.e 29/04/2024 three years down the line, RC TRANSFER has not taken place and the car is running on roads on my name.
after infinite follow ups to cars24, they have failed to solve the issue and are just dodging around.

I handed over my Santro car for scrap to Cars 24 on 29th Jan 2024. After multiple follow-ups, the Cars 24 team is not providing the chassis plate, certificate of deposit, and scrap letter, which the Cars 24 representative agreed to provide through their operations team. I have already raised this issue with cars24 customer care.

I have sold my car last year 8th April 2023. Price given On phone 37000 and made payment 35000/- . Mr Shubham and Mr Kalpesh has done process both not picked up phone. it is told after 1 month Scrap Certificate will come to home by courier but not received till date. Sold the car to cars24 on 19 May 2022 and was expecting the RC should be transferred within 15 days but it's about 1.5 years now. I received multiple challans of overspeeding after that for which I am not liable. I put lot of escalation mail and chaser but no response. It need to be done asap....

Hi,
I got my car inspected and the offer was made. But I did not received any token amount. Now I have changed my mind and do not want to sell the car. The cars24 executive is asking for 1000 INR to cancel the deal, where as, I din not received any document mentioning the cancelation charges, neither I was informed that there will be any cancellation charges.

There is no customer care number available where I can escalate...

I've sold my Hyundai Creta car UP92 BP9951 to Cars24 in October 2022. New owner purchased it thru Cars24 channel partner and using the car for more than a year but till today i.e. 22nd Feb 2024 the ownership has not been transferred to the new owner.
Both o[censored]s continually following up with Cars24 still the matter pending.
It's creating mental harassment and a torture kind of experience for me as well the new owner....

I tried to sell my car on CARS24, their person came for inspection. With PAN or AADHAR details from me and any authorisation, they generated my credit report. They never came back on cars valuation. After many attempts to contact them, it finally got thru and they have all sort of excuses.

Their procedures must audited, there are serious concerns about privacy and ability to source additional consumer data and unauthorised...

I have the NOC documents from Noida RTO and if the transfer will not done by the immidiate basis then forcefully i have to lodge a police complain against CARS24 in Uttar pradesh. I had sold my car last year January month 2023. in June 2023 month we did the partypeshi as well. but since then RC is still not transferred to the new car buyer. Car is still in our name.

I sold my car MH03AM4132 to cars 24 mulund mumbai in Oct 2022 with valid RC and Insurance. Till today inspite of 100 calls or more and about 43 mails nothing has been done.
