I invested rs. 5, 000/- with avon corporation ltd, mumbai, against their fd receipt no. C004185 dt.10.08.2011.

This amount matured on 10.08.2012. The original fd receipt was submitted to the company at their goregaon (W) office on 06 july 2012 when they assured me the maturity amount will be paid to me by the due date.

Later, two times they unilaterally extended the maturity period by three months each time....

I am holding avon corporation fd [receipt no c011821] for the an amount rs 35989/= and matured on 01/09/2015.
My address

No response from the company and request to take up this matter with the company and get my dues

I have fixed deposit with avon corporation ltd. With following details
C011356 maturity date 28.06.2016 & amount 17063
C003992 maturity date 28.07.2012 & amount 11149
C004000 maturity date 28.07.2014 & amount 14262
The fix diposits have start date of 28.07.2011.
The company has not paid back even after the deposits have matured. Total amount due payable to me is rs. 42474/- maturity date are from year 2012....
