B.S.N.L. not providing OTT services while charge for the same services

Sir,
I Anand Mishra am the customer of B.S.N.L. Fibre having the phone number[protected].
I have B.S.N.L. OTT-BUNDLED-HOTSTAR--SUPER+YUPP/ plan of B.S.N.L. of Rs 799 plan which offers OTT services also.
From JUNE 2023 to Till date B.S.N.L. is not providing OTT LIVE STREAMING but billing is done on above stated plan.
I have raised many complaints on BSNL custmer care services and BSNL office Ojhar Nashik but...

    I tried to send a port message for the past 10 days. But i cannot.
    I visited the customer care center.
    Registered a complaint through 1503 for two times.
    Online portal complaint also registered.
    But till now the problem is not yet resolved.

      My landline tel. No.[protected]. (A/c no. [protected]). The landline telephone and broadband services of bsnl are not available
      For over one month (Since 25/09/2019). No response after lodging several verbal complaints. Since the services are not made available
      Since 25/09/2019, bsnl should not levy the monthly charges and
      Waive the same till the services are made available / restored to the
      Normalcy.
      Problem of whatsoever nature need to be sorted out urgently
      And the services should be made available forthwith.

        I am using BSNL brodband but it's not working from last week. I am also registered complaint in BSNL Custmer care to 8 june and they no technician support provided to me i am also calling again in BSNL custmer care and he says that your complaint is resolve.

        I will really appreciate any help you can because I am suffring from BSNL.
        I have too much work load and i have also lots of files which sent to my client but i can't.

                  BSNL — refund deposit

                  I had applied for a new landline connection with broadband service from BSNL by paying deposit of rs.500. But after a week they informed me about their inability to provide one. Its been almost two months and i have not received my deposit back. kindly refund my deposit at the earliest.

                    My telephone[protected] has been out of service since a week in spite bill payment up to date. If I try to make a call it gives a message saying that the phone has been disconnected due to non-payment of bill and that I should contact the TRA Section. This is most inconvenient on the part of B.S.N.L. as it has failed to maintain up to date information about the billing record of its consumers.
                    I even tried several times to convey the matter to the TRA Section through my cell phone in the following Nos. ([protected] &[protected]. My calls are never attended from the other end. So finding no other way I have decided to forward my complaint here expecting a solution from your end at the earliest.

CODE 02447 this village situated on national high way "kalyan - vishakhapattanam " in this place six months ago bsnl mobile tower construction has been completed but at that day this tower is not working . many time i given applications to the bsnl officers but he has not responding too. many bsnl mobile coustmer in that village and this custmor is very loss to day by day the out of mobile RANGE or NO NETWORK COVERAGE but bsnl officers not taking any cognizance of this custmoers big promblem.so you requested that sirasdevi village bsnl mobile tower is started immedatidle.                       2. 500 mts from Ponneri-Gummidipoondi High Road near Kolur village surrounded by Kolur, Pudhucherimedu, Arasur, Veppathur, Devambedu, Aavoor, Chinna Avoor villages

                        My prepaid card validity was expire on 28.02.09, but my sim incoming was on upto 01.03.09, so I recharged my sim with Rs.60/-on 02.03.09 at 11.00 a.m. to continue my incoming the following b.s.n.l.prepaid sim mobile number:[protected], sim was taken from Ahmedabad, but I donot get balance and my sim incoming stopped on 02.03.09 afternoon.
                        Please start my life time prepaid card and give me guidance to start my b.s.n.l. simcard.

                        First of all "bhai sab nahi lagta" that is stands for BSNL. I am leaving maninagar, ghodasar area where bsnl service is very poor from all sides. Even today i can't recharge from 55rs. top-up value calling voucher. I hope all minister thinks about home made pizza. Great India. Great BSNL.
                        Pl. bring world class service provider even in small corner of the Big city.

                          i have incidently subscribe to the dating service of bsnl for which they are charging Rs. 30/- per month. Every Month I got the msg from No. 51819030. Could anybody tell me how to unsubscribe from this service as there is no information available in the sms and even not able to customer care number they give differrent ideas to me .some body suggest me the true way on my mail or mob.no.[protected]

                          SMS from 56505 are received regularly on my Mobile Phone No. [protected] whereas I have never opted/ activated for such service which is chargeable.

                          BSNL — Telephone bill not deposited

                          I have land line provided by BSNL[protected]Bill deposited through on line on 22.10.11.But local telecom office has not got the deposit amount .Last date of submission is 31.10.11

                          But, Today (10/03/2012) Approx 1 Year any Amount Not Refund... Manendragarh Officers Say Amount is Given By Ambikapur Office ,Why my Amount is Not Come..
