The whole saree was damaged with some kind of bleach and owner acts as a thug, in front of our mother he sniffed saree and rudely behaved, we had to leave place with passive face

We have booked band box - Bangalore for our expensive D Decor curtains dry cleaning and sheer curtains came back in pretty bad shape as colour is full faded . Even after following up for 4 months, no resolution. The concerned person Alex - [protected], giving all weird reasons saying they were shaded because of sun light and we kept them tied up etc etc . If sun caused damage before dry clean it self they should fade away . We feel cheated making us waited for 4 months saying they will apply die and give them to us . How ever now he says he can’t do anything and we need to deal with online department who took our order even though they serviced . Pls help in resolution

On 21st november, 2018, i gave my marriage benarasi saree for dry wash in the behala branch of band box.The delivery date was today 21st december, 2018.
Then today i went to take the saree and what he gave back to me is simply cant be tolerated.The saree is totally torn and damaged beyond recognition.
moreover, when i asked the person who was present at the counter of delivery.Instead of apologizing, he was so rude to speak to me, to be exact in his words,
He replied-"how old was your saree?how long do you expect that your saree should last?It may happen in such a large shop! this can happen with anybody!"
He even lied to us that he already mentioned about the current condition of my saree, which is completely false.He never told anything about the condition of saree.now that he is facing the blaming, he is simply creating some lame excuses and arguing like some uneducated person.to add some extra information, i used the saree 4 days back at one of my friend's marriage ceremony. If my saree was in that bad condition, then how come i used it 4 days ago! the concerned authorities kindly take a note of it that the shop staff is not only ill mannered but also extremely arrogant and lack basic manners and courtesy.i asked the person to give his cell number so that i could file a complaint in the consumer forum, he openly refused to disclose any details regarding to him and his shop.He replied "Go and do whatever you wish, I will not provide you the details".
This is certainly not the way to deal with the customer who has come to you for some complaint mind you!To hell with your service band box!I am gonna post this issue all over the social media and you earned your own bad reputation!This was certainly not expected from you people bandbox.

I had given my wife's silk saree for dry cleaning to band box, kammanahalli. There were lot of wrinkles on the saree after the dry cleaning. When i went to them the next day, the lady assured me confidently that "nothing to worry sir, it will be back to normalcy". Finally, they have applied dye to cover up the wrinkles and not white patches have come. And, this time, the lady had got a bouncer to justify that if i want they can send to factory again to further damage the rs. 12, 000 saree.

Is there any way to sue this bunch of jokers in a consumer court?

Band box is the worst ever dry cleaner in bangalore and the people running the kammanahalli branch are cheats and frauds.

I provided one of my Kurti for dry clean on which one stain is there. I asked him whether it will go, he told no guarantee. Just for trial I provided him. But when I went for collecting my cloth, I saw that stain has not been removed but some pearls(part of design) also broken. I told him to repair, he told okay and taken back. After 1 week when I went again to collect my cloth. I saw big stains on the cloth, cloth's material was became like I is washed and also repairing was not done. We had the 3 rounds but nothing happened, and my dress worth Rs. 6000 wasted. I will never ever use band box services again and advise other people not to use it. It happened at HAL 2 stage, Indiranagar Bangalore.,

Saree worth Rs 8840.0 was damaged by Bandbox Koramangala, Bangalore. It was a new saree. They refuse to pay compensation.
Several phone calls from my side have been completely ignored. They have the attitude of what can the consumer do....

I have been giving my clothes to Band Box at 80 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore regularly. Lately they have started losing clothes you give them for dry wash. I have encountered this twice in recent times and see other customers complaining as well.

I plan to take them to consumer forum for the negligence. Hope this will make others careful about giving their clothes to them for wash.
