Dear Sir,
This is regarding water log at subway at Bandra Terminus station.
Kindly note that subway connecting express trains, outstation passengers and in house passengers carrying luggage, face lots of problems.
You can see the images, attached in video, we would request you to kindly find a way out as its just beginning of rains.

Bandra Terminus is becoming most problematic terminus to travel for following given reasons
1)Aproach from highway to BDTS is very difficult as there are no aproach roads wide enough
2)Too mnay encroachments in way while travelling from WE highway or Kherwadi juction via khewadi bazar
3)Encroachments right from entry to BDTS main stations
4)Illegal vehicles,shops ,rickshaws,taxis park & block...

This is regarding the cleanliness and security of Bandra Terminus. Today i visited the station that is on Bandra (E), and to be very honest this is the worst station i have ever seen in my life. I am a resident of Mumbai for the past 22 years. First of all the approach road to the Terminus are just horrible. The roads are bad, way beyond imagination. Garbage is strewn all over the place, also there is so much stink.
