There are lot of complaints against Berry Developers Ltd in past 3-4 years.Even staff has beeten by the flat owners for delay of possession.The builder has no professional team to work and to maintain the society.The towers are in bad shape.Plaster and colour is coming down from towers and patches looks very bad.Mostly sand is used in outer tower plaster so now it is coming down.maintenence team is unprofessional.STP plant is not working...
