There are lot of complaints against Berry Developers Ltd in past 3-4 years.Even staff has beeten by the flat owners for delay of possession.The builder has no professional team to work and to maintain the society.The towers are in bad shape.Plaster and colour is coming down from towers and patches looks very bad.Mostly sand is used in outer tower plaster so now it is coming down.maintenence team is unprofessional.STP plant is not working properly and it smells in bathrooms.Residents complain but nobody listens.Now residents have made Welfare Society so that collectively they can talk to the builder but MD Sumit Berry trying to break the RWS with the help of 8-10 residents by paying them money for functions and commision for selling the flats.Residents are so angry that the day is not so far that the whole staff will be beeten by the ladies.Truth cannot reach the management and they are working on few residents info.
If the management did not listen then RWS will go for legal action and complaint will be made to UIT,Nagar Vikas mantralya (Raj.),Human Rights etc.Till today we have 237 owners registered with RWS in which around 52 owners are from outside (Delhi,Gurgoan).RWS is getting imense support from owners inside as well as outside the BDI.
