My smart card No. is [protected] I renew my card for three month on dt.18/04/12 of Rs.1,515/- in Dindoshi Depot (Period From 22/04/12 to 21/07/12), unfortunately I misplaced my card in traveling on dt 19/04/12. I inquired for duplicate or new card against the receipt of same but they refuse my complaint & said take a new fresh card & we are not responsible for misplace your card by u. I totally loss my money

FIRSTLY, AS MY PASS EXPIRED THE TICKEST TC TOOK IT FROM ME SAYING THAT WE NEED TO SUMBIT IT. NOW RENEWAL OF MY PASS CANNOT BE DONE AS I DO NOT HAVE THE PREVIOUS SMART CARD. I WENT TO THE ELECTRIC HOUSE DEPOT WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION AND WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE BACKBAY DEPOT.
