This is to state you that few days back (Dated:11/10/2011 ). I ordered a mobile handset online named LG-Fanthom. but i dint get the placement of the product on promised date. I made full payment for the product but the product is still not dispatched. I tried to complaint for the product to the company & to established the contact but they dint respond.

We have purchase Touchscreen Mobile from BIGADDA just one month back, mobile started giving problem touchscreen not working, we have called the customer care number [protected], continueously but no response from there side they promise to send person to collect the piece, but dont turn up to office this problem is from 15days going on..... my order and complaint number is same:- [protected].

i hope you do some justice to it...

Ordered Item: Esspee Touch + Slide Mobile
Quantity: 1

Price: Rs. 3999/- + 225/- (shipping)= Rs. 4224/-

with reference to above order, the delivered Esspee Touch + Slide Mobile has battery fitting and backup problem. The product has not worked for even single day. A complaint through mobile has been already delivered....

I tried to place the order[protected] using Rs 250 discount coupon (purchased from taggle) and credit card for rest of the payment. But when I selected credit card, instead of going to payment gateway, it registered the order. When I tried to place a new order for the same product using the same discount coupon, it was doing nothing. I sent them a mail.
