My late mother had a INR 10L FD maturing on Dec 2015. As she had passed away in Oct 2015 and Bilcare defaulted on repayment of principal, it issued a fresh FD for 5 years to me, the nominee, using my mother's Pune address and her bank a/c, to which I was a signatory.
However, I am a US citizen and US resident, with no ties of any kind to India, apart from a NRO a/c with HDFC.

I have been repeatedly sending emails for redemption of my 2 deposits. However till date I have not got any response from your company till date.

Is this the way your company treats senior citizens.

My fdr no. 817177 of harsha m kanani which matured on 08/11/2015 of amount rs. 57032 (Fifty seven thousand thirty two) rupees. But till date i have not received any cheque of interest or principal amount despite of repetitive remainder to the company.
I had send copy of fixed deposit to the company for the same but my fixed deposit was returned back to me by the company....

I had deposited rs. 30000/_ for 3 yrs with the bilcare ltd. the CLB has ordered that depositors having deposits less than rs 100000/_ and /or depositors above 70 yrs should be paid latest by 7months after the date of maturity.On enquiry i was surprised to hear from bilcare pune office that i am below 70 yrs THOUGH I am 79 yrs .my FD matured in mid sept 2015..probably they are altering the original data.
