blue line bus Complaints & Reviews

Bus PNR : ABRS4776018. Booking Ref No: [protected]. We booked the bus for traveling from Hyderabad to VIsakhapatnam. We board the bus at 9.45 PM which as earlier at 8.45 PM. After much delay, bus was able to leave Hyderabad nearly at 1.30 AM. At the booking time, it was written, bus is new Volvo, but they sent an old bus, where sitting was a terrible experience. People at the back were shouting very loudly when the old bus cross any hump....

on 28 march 2010, i was going to south ex with my husband on bike.
we stopped at the Siri fort redlight as the signal was red. when the signal went Green we moved forward but suddenly my husband put a sudden break as a Blueline from front didn't stop while the signal was Red in their side.
BUS no. is DL-1P A-7600.

THIS should be taken very seriously as there were 80% chances of an accident.
