From five month it over flow no one is taking action I had complain many time in B warx No action was taken till now

gutter in front of best bus stop of route 5, 15, 66 etc of chitra cinema near the electric pole no BAD / 105 DR Babasaheb Ambedkar road is eroded hence shall causes for accident to bus passengers. pl ., arrange to repair the same as early as possible.

Kindly note my complaints and do action on it i am working at kondivita lane and there is one vadapaaw wala selling unsafe food to public which i noticed kindly do the action on it .
Location is - Kondivita lane marol market opp Apana dhaba .

my work place is somwari bazar NB rd, malad west opposite vidhaya vihar college there is bits choky no.4 very next to it there newly encroached huntsmen apart from that they have started keeping big stones on the road to avoid traffic near to their huts there is corporetor's office just opposite to this but nobody bother about this encroachment even they have started aarey milk centre on that place too on chincholi bunder road there are illegal small shop have been established like mushrooms its very difficult to pedestrian to walk on footpath somwari bazar bhajiwala bhaiyas, on SV road malad west next to subway road next to bata showroom furniture showrooms have encroached footpath & they threaten people if we take take that pics. what goverment is doing finding there own land to rehab illegals after several decades till thatn they are in deep sleep

Since last 40 years We had a proper foot path where we use to park our vehicles plus there was 10 feet walk street which have been blocked with steel polls by BMC workers. If you have a rule that the footpath has to be blocked for no parking of vehicle then you should make it compulsory for all footpath which are there in Mumbai as we have a entrance gate where Aarey Milk Stall is just ahead of our gate. Nadva Bhawan, Dr. A B Road, Worli Naka, Mumbai 400018 Would appreciate an intimidate and prompt action.

we have been doing our business from last 15 years from the above mentioned premises. Its been more than 9 years since we have made a complaint to BMC for eradicate the nuisance created by scrap traders by keeping iron & metal scrap at " Mustafa market, 3 rd lane, 90 feet road, sakinak, mumbai - 400072 ".
They keep all type of scrap on road side. Even frequently in night they burn scrap and all type of wast material which increaes the pollutions & such burning of scrap can lead to a big Fire in locality, which will affect the other business and our life and people residing in locality.
There is a gutter which is parrallal to the Mustafa market, 3 rd lane, 90 feet road, sakinaka, mumbai - 400072, which takes care of sewage water of locality. The Scarp traders dump all there solid waste in to the gutter which results in choking of gutter. In monsoon their is a fear of water logging in locality due to the dumping of waste.
They even park their truck inside the lane which results in blocking the road. On one side road is block by trucks and on ther side it is block by the scrap kept on the road. It becoms impossible to even walk on the road.
In reply to our complaint in 2001 BMC had given us an assurance to tale action against such scrap traders under section 394/471 of MMC act, But till date no action has been take by BMC. Reqeuting you to help us cleaing the road so that we can carry out our business smoothly.

Hello, My name is Geetesh(changed name) . I stay at Building no A/3, Room No 3, Shahunagar, Mahim east, Mumbai 17. Just opposite to our building on about 5 yards there is a boundary . On other sides of boundary there are small houses(jhopdi) of sum people who live there. First there houses were just by the level of Boundary but since last 2 years they have raised it 5 feet above the Boundary, because of which we are facing lot of problem...

sir, since last 5 yrs during this time of the year apna boys hostel, JJ hospital mumbai, is devoid of water supply leaving the hostel dry during the day. inspite of frequent complaints to the warden and pwd nothing has been done.the water supply is only for 2 hrs in the morning which is not adequate tfor a tank catering to 600 medical students.frther more there have been 3 cases of renal stones in the past month due to lack of drinking water....
