Canara Pinto Complaints & Reviews

I had booked canara pinto to travel from pune to mangalore. Bus number 4037. It was about to reach at 5pm at wakad. Since the bus was delayed, i was informed that the bus is delayed by 45 mins. We were at the stop at 5:20pm and the bus dint stop at the boarding point. The driver constantly kept on asking us to come to next stop and when we reached the stop he drove off. When we asked him about the stop, he asked us to come to the next stop. This went on till we finally stopped the bus at navle bridge. We forcibly stopped the bus at navle bridge by calling the driver.
Canara pinto services were the best and now all of my experiences with canara pinto are the worst. It was raining heavily and as always the traffic. Yet the bus driver dint stop at any of the stops. When we called him he spoke rudely as if he is the owner of the bus. He disconnected the calls whnevr we asked him of the proper location to board thr bus since we dint know where the busses stop at warje or navle bridge. He never spoke politely nor shared proper address. Instead he was yelling at us for everything.

My travel in your service from mumbai to mangalore was interrupted for nearly 2 hrs and still is as i write. The apparent reason was that the fuel got over. They had to refuel in the middle of the road with great difficulty. It is such a long journey and we would like it to be smooth and seamless. Please make sure your staff are better trained. Thank u

Don't ever book this bus services i booked bus ticket on 29 august 2017 from kolhapur to banglore my pick up was at 9pm at kolhapur, when i called to driver at 9pm he told that bus is delayed due to rain bus will be there in kolhapur at 4 am call me at 3 am, when i called them at 3 am they told me that they are passed kolhapur and now they are at belgaum.. What the hell is this even there was no any call from driver or anyone about the time they reached to kolhapur

I missed my train because of this bus. I had a margin of 4 hours. The bus started 2 hours late and then had a tier puncher near pune. After half an hour the driver and the buss conductor flung away and showed after 1.5 hours. As my luggage was in the bus, i was helpless. Both of them switched of their phones.
After they are back i just had 2 hours and hd to travel 110 km. I then took another bus from he highway as there were no cabs available there, i dropped down as soon as i saw a cab. I traveled 40 km from cab but still was unable to make it to the train.
