Casa Grande Laundry Boy Complaints & Reviews

I gave my cloths to Laundry Boy 4 weeks back but they didn't deliver me. I am trying for their customer care number which is not working, I wrote a message in their message but still no response from them.

Now I am receiving a message to my mobile stating that Laundry Boy is not Big Laundry and when I called them and asked about the same, they are saying we are not responsible for that and for any issues please contact Casa...

I had deposited Rs 500 as security to Casa Grande Laundryboy Pvt Ltd but since I was not satisfied with their very low quality service, I asked them to offset my bills from security amount and return the balance. I have done many follow ups in this regards. Attached is the screenshot from one of the mails. Request your intervention against this kind o[censored]nethical practices of looting customers....
