Hi all,

I have reported online forgery to ccavenue on 13 feb and they have taken my account detail, peep into my bank account to take an action again forgery. Also they have given me in writing that after providing detail they will going to take an action against merchandiser.

Kavita from risk team is very rude in her behavior on 19 feb and after continuous follow up for status to understand reason for my personal...

Cc avenue risk team employees (Kavita shetty, nitin bhosale, anil mathur, sushmita) doing fraud in company.

These guys doing fraud with small merchants.

First, they have put account on hold. And they say that after 12 months amount you will be transferred to your bank account.

And after 12 months he says that your account balance is zero. Because aqurium bank are not transferring your amount in...

I paid my Rs.626 to yatr.com through cc avenue on 17.12.15 i do not want my tickets but i need my tickets i used internet banking SBI. please do ur help to me!! but my money was credited in sbi and my tickets were not booked....
