This is to inform you that I had booked a ticket for from Howrah to Guwahati vide PNR No.- [protected], through your web site www.irctc.co.in, Transaction ID No.- [protected], Date of Journey[protected]. At the time of booking my ticket was in waiting list and after preparation of final chart only one ticket was conformed and other three ticket was wail list / not confirmed. So I was unable to travel and I had filed a TDR on[protected]...

I have TDR filed on 09.02.2013. I have also sent mail to TDR many times but I have not heard any response from their side. I have talked to CCM refund but not received good feed back from him. I have sent doc. By Fax No. [protected] on 17.05.13
