The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Dear friends
Don't waste your money to study CCNA course, it is utter waste ,i did it in NIIT in that i scored 930/1000 till now didnt yet receive any interview from companies and also any placement from NIIT.....Use that money and the period of study for some useful purpose........
If you have doubt go and search job vacancy for CCNA in any website,you can't get an single job for FRESHERS...

I HAVE BEEN CHEATED IN EXAMS
I have complained about this about a month ago but none of you have been courteous enough to respond to my complaints.
Basically, I registered for CCNA exams with one of your approved centres known as GSP college in Tooting-London. In the course solving one of the lab questions, I encounted huge problems with the simulator which i have not encounted before.
