I have complained about this about a month ago but none of you have been courteous enough to respond to my complaints.
Basically, I registered for CCNA exams with one of your approved centres known as GSP college in Tooting-London. In the course solving one of the lab questions, I encounted huge problems with the simulator which i have not encounted before.
Normally, you enter the enable mode by entering enable and and a hash sign is displayed like this #.
You then proceed to enter configure terminal to go to configuration mode. However, when i entered configure terminal, the simulator indicated that it does not support this command which is strange and ridiculous. Because of this, I spent most of the time trying to do whatever I can. Consequently, I was able to answer just about 30 questions and the time ran out. Hence, my result was 438. I feel that I have been cheated and I need you to investigate it because I believe you can view all the command i entered during the exams. I believe that as a reputable organization with laeding name Cisco you need to use a better simulator. If this is not the case then there was a problem with that particular simulator which was embeded in my exams. I need you to act to this in an urgent manner because I am almost becoming disappointed in you...Richard Abi Was this information helpful? |
