Refer DWB No.[protected]. We received material against the same and we paid Rs.514.00 as per your MR No.[protected] dt 16.9.2013. On going through the same we found that your DWB is for Rs.416.00 whereas in your MR you charged Rs.457.51. We contacted your Nashik office various times through telephone / mail and your delivery person. But we are not getting response from them. We request instruct your Nashik office to refund difference...

I have purchase two no. of Tyre for my Mahindra bolero from CEAT TYRE Dealer from Nawanshahar Dealer Name M/S GIRN TYRE SERVICE last week with Bill. Today One Tyre Damage (A Cut ) when my driver contact with Dealer. He refuse to replace Tyre and warned him saying we will not replace it.

On 10.02.2010, I bought a ceat tubeless tyre from M/S R.K. Tyres, E-2/242, Main Road Near Punjab National Bank, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-52 vide Bill no. 5559/57 dated 10/02/2010 having 4 years guarantee for replacement.

Now, the tyre is giving me some problem since March 2011 due to manufacturing defect and need to be replaced by dealer as per guarantee terms and conditions. However, the Dealer, M/S R.K. Tyre is not entertaining...
