This is to bring to your notice that traffic lights on the sec 43 bus stand road namely at jn dividing 44, 45, 51, 52 and 45, 46, 50, 49 are a havoc for every vommuter there because they turn red for 130 to 140 sec and green just for 30 to 35 sec leading to a lot of mess there and long traffic jams also the people knowing that they have to wait for another 140 seconds speed up leading to accidents

I tried to add that licence in my Digilocker it's showing an invalid license number .

In the month of June the whole of our street was dug up to put new water drain pipes. However, after putting the pipes hapazardly and making the main holes for rain water escape in about two months, now for the last two months or so the mainholes are lying open without lids and the road sides are totally broken. 1st Complaint:-
I have a valid Chandigarh Driving License having number DLF/CH02/137980/2005 and issue date is 07.10.2005.

When ever required by Chd Police 0r Punjab Police on demand I show them the License and by seeing it they use to say " License Jali hai" mean this License is duplicate.
