Railway staff are harassing passangers traveling in first class compartment. Staffs who dont have valid first class pass are also traveling in first class compartment. TTR's are not questioning them just because they are railway staff.

Requesting to take some action and make the staffs to follow the guide lines.
Staffs who are educated and proffesional should obey the rules first.
