This is the order I asked for refund they are not willing to give it seems they are sending pickup person from different places why this fraud is happening?

    I had placed an order of 5 items on 15th june on cilory.com and received only 2 of them on 17th evening. I immediately contacted their customer service team and spoke to Mr Shaurya, who assured that he will look into it and revert. When i didn't receive any call from their side, i contacted them myself and spoke to Mr. Sagar today morning. He said that they have completed the investigation and have confirmed that all 5 items were sent from their side and nothing can be done now and its me who is lying. Moreover he asked me if i had made a video while opening the parcel as a proof that only 2 items were inside...how kiddish was that!! He says they cant do anything without any concrete proof.

    This is complete fraud and cheating. I have paid 5k and have got only 2 itmes worth 1500 rs.

    My order number is 4809990.
    If anyone of you at Cilory are listening, pls do something about it and help me in getting the pending 3 items or atleast refund the money.

      I had purchased 3 items out of which 2 were returned. The refund was issued for only 1 item. I kept on chasing but eventually they asked me a video recording of returning items to the courier boy. This is utterly ridiculous.

      Money lost if not much - hardly Rs. 400 but it has saved me a lot from getting fooled in future

        Order ID 4551285. The order was delivered on[protected] and I had opted for COD.

        I paid through Google pay using the scanner code printed on the courier packet. However the delivery person from bluedart mentioned that the payment was not received because of server issue and my amount will be credited back. And he asked me to pay to another mobile number and I did the same. However the amount paid through your QR code is not credited to my account.

        Despite of calling the customer care from past 20 days I have not received the amount back and the managers are not responding.

              I ordered a dress from cilory and wanted to return it. The delivery man picked up the dress the very next day. The refund was not initiated. I tried calling customer service miltiple times but everytime they have the same response. The dress is lost in transit, we will talk with our delivery partner and will get back to you in 24 hours it has been months and there is no response from them .

                    I ordered a treggings from Cilory for the very first time. But when i tried the product it was very loose so I opted for return of the product on the very same day of getting the order which was 5th Feb 2021. As I have given the office address for delivery of the product they came for pick up on very next day. So i informed the pick up guy that it's my office address and it's usually closed on Sat and Sun and my office timings are 9am to 6pm so that guy told me that they will come ogdddcn 8th Feb. But on 8th Feb i got the message no one came and same happend today i.e on 9th Feb. But today the pick up guy came at 6:30 pm the time when I usually drive back to my home. And when i reached the home I saw a Miss call so I called on the number that pick up guy was so rude when i told him I am at home he just cut the call and after that I got the message that my reverse pick up has been cancelled.

                      I purchased a dress from Cilory with order no 2862158 on 04 Jan 21. It was to be delivered on 10 Jan 21 by Ecom Express with AWB no [protected]. But item not delivered till date. Ecom Express courier saying that it has been delivered but I have not received it. Again regular complaining to Ecom Express also they are resolving my issue. 11 Jan 21 I raised complain with them. Please help me.

                          We have ordered 2 T-Shirts and 2 Tunics from Cilory.com on 7th June 20. However due to the lack of quality and size specifications we have requested a return of 3 products - 2 T-shirts and 1 Tunic immediately after the receipt of the shipment on 11th June itself.

                          Subsequently, the return was scheduled on 12th June by Ecom express (AWB[protected]. A few days after, the refund was initiated (after a reduction of Rs. 524 ) and upon inspection it was visible that the refund was initiated for only 2 products.

                          We raised a complaint on this regard but the customer care team kept insisting that only 2 products had been received which is not acceptable and untrue.

                          Hence we contacted the courier team Ecom Express & after periodic follow-ups from our side, Ecom courier team was ready to acknowledge through mail that they received 3 products from us (PFA mail).

                          I have been following this up since 2 months, but no action has been initiated by them even after routine calls/emails (PFA latest). Their tone has changed from disrespect to intimidation & I want justice in this regard & would like to take legal action against them after I noticed that many others were also fooled by them on the same matter.

                          Dear sir as I am Sanjoy a disabled person so I ordered from Cilory my order no is #2839367 order on 21/12/2020 if Rs301/ it is reversed back to the seller on 26/12/2020 as I was not available but since then I had contacted them several times they are refusing to refund .
                          Now they are telling to refund me Rs202/ after deducting the courier charges Rs99/ please help me to give me justice to got my hard worked money.

                              My order number is #2473104 wich was delivered on 25 feb 2020. Since i need a smaller size of the product i requested for a reverse pickup. The reverse pickup was scheduled on 26 jan.2020. I returned back the order with price tag. However the pickup boy denied to take the box instead asked for a transparent packet. But now the cilory people are denying to refund me back falsely saying that the price tag is not there. This is something like fooling policy. People must think twice before ordering items from such cites

                                I had ordered two dress items from cilory site. Order no is 2399332. On 4th dec i requested to return it and request was accepted according to the terms and conditions of the site. From the same day i' m receiving msg "dear customer, pickup of your return shipment from cilory.com will be re-attempted on 05-12-19. Please keep your shipment ready." but till today no one has came to collect it. While contracting with cilory team got very negative response and they told me to send it via courier service to them and that was not in their conditions when i ordered it. So please solve my issue and ask them to collect their item and refund my money. Attaching order' s screen shot and msg of return pickup.

                                    I called them for complaint and they are saying we have a signature of you.

                                      I ordered the below products with order#
                                      #1040920 - This order has been returned. But there is no refund made

                                      #2095479 - As per the policy, I have raised the return request within the time frame. But even after one month item has been not being picked up. When contacted, cilory team is saying that they cant pick up from the address. From the same address earlier items were being picked up with any issues and also when I raised return request, it accepted successfully.

                                      This is completely a harassment on the consumer. Please address these two issues ASAP.

                                          I got a used product and immidtely raised return. So they request pics of it on mail, whuch i have not aware of it as i check mails so rarely. Any how i sent them as soon as i have checked mail. Still they have not arranged pick up immedately. Now saying it late we

                                            I purchased a sweater from cilory, order i'd:-1936610 and however the size was short for i have expected and requested to return it. They accepted the return and i returned it to local goods carrier. They returned it to main area where they got the product. It's been a about 15 days i, ve returned it and didn't got any response from them. This is cruel from them. Nor they refunded money.

                                              Amazingly poor quality stuff, never experienced something like this when product doesnt natch with image, then super harassment in returning, the pick up service is equally pathetic and finally when i complained about the harassment being faced my product was happily picked up and yet i got a message thatproduct failed in qc check so was not picked up. Let me see whats in store next.

                                                I received an order 28 june.. Nd wear it on rakhi celebration 26. Aug. Because its new. After it i wash 1st time and kurti is distroyed means useless because blue color of it goes on green of it. Nd wash care it is mentioned machine wash 30 degree but i wash it by my hands ver gently than too i saw my dress in very bad condition in 1st wash. I will go to consumer forem.. I wasted my money on shopping by cilory

                                                  I have ordered a T-shirt price rs. 999 dated on[protected] with Order ID: 1839917 however the T-shirt size was large so I have request them to take return and refund my full amount or send Medium Size T-shirt but they directly denied and told me that they did not receive a price tag if the price tag is not there then how can Return partner Carrier: Shadowfax is accepted the parcel. Its been almost 14-15 days over but they did not refund my amount or didn't send the Medium size T-shirt. Now I am going to take an action in consumer court regarding very bad customer service and also didn't pay my amount. I had VERY WORST EXPERIENCE from #CILORY Customer Care Service they are very rude to customers at the time of return and refund.

                                                  Note : Refund my full amount otherwise will take a strict action against Cilory.

                                                      I have ordered a kurthi on cilory website and received a successful payment message and even amount was debited later, got an incomplete payment message. This is really worse. Please get it resolved. This supposed to be a threat to online resourses like a fear of trustworthy. Cliory is not a trustworthy site i suppose.                                                         I had very worst experience from cilory cc they are very rude to customers at the time of return and refund. On 6th feb i called them to ask my refund call answered by one of the cilory executive he argued with me denied for esclation, supervisor neha was very rude with not gave me resolution when i asked to transfer call to manage she denied me. [protected] my order no, i want my 1200 rs refund against wrong product. Cilory is fraud company it has all fraud and incapable employees...
