I have been using your asthalin inhaler for a few years. Recently I purchased your asthalin inhaler B.No.SA54334. This is with dose counter and supposed to give 200 metered dosages. But it stopped at 100 dosages and nothing would come after that. It is also quite hard to press. Why it gave only half of what it is supposed to give. On enquiry with my pharmacist, he told that similar complaints have come from others also. I had to purchase...

My wife is using budecort 200 inhaler since last three years for her respiratory problems under advice from our Doctor Mr. Devang shah. we are happy with the product. However your product is failed to give me 200 doses of medicine, counter read at 120 and no medicine in product. It happened always. I complained with your local Rep. Mr. Pradipbhai( mobile. [protected]), 3 and half month ago. Then he took my empty inhaler with dose counter case and no response form him since then. when I contact him he give me a replacement and promise ok it into the matter but no proper response is given. thereafter as on 27/09/2015 I bought another new budecort 200 (batch no. D42602) Menu. date Sep 14, Exp. date. Aug. 17. Once again no medicine after counter reading at 120 doses. I am using this life saving drug and do not expect less quantity of medicine in product. I contacted Mr. Ravi([protected]) to visit me at my home he took photograph of product with batch no. and counter reading about 120 and found no medicine in it only air after 120 doses. I call both of the above rep. several times but no responses was given to me. I strongly believe CIPLA is not supplying 200 doses of medicine in bedecort 200. so need a satisfactory explanation from your side from CIPLA. If I don't get any satisfactory response from your side I may complain to consumer protection and local medical authorities and chairmen of CIPLA. Cipla is making over 2 million of budecort 200 by supplying about 40% less medicine company is cheating with consumers by over 300 Million Rs. per year.

hello sir, my name is kishore, i have been using tugain 10% more than 5 years. From the past few months i have noticed this product oil is diluted much, when we compare to the previous tugain 10% product . earlier the product was yellow colour but now it has completely changed. Moreover the squeezing thing is not working as well i mean its not poping up when we squeeze the bottle . Nearly i wasted 3 bottles which the oil didnt coming up. please consider my request and give the solution for this product thanks kishore

Formulation named COFTON EXPECTORANT (BATCH#GS3F79) and COFDEX COUGH SYRUP (BATCH#EN3106) is without the registered trademarks on its level and it appears to be fake/generic version throughout the level showing COFTON manufactured (M.L.106/UA/2007) at HSN International Plot#54-55, Sector-6A, SIDCUL, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) and COFDEX (M.L.#20/UA/2006) manufactured by Creative Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Plot#25, Kundeshwari Village, Kashipur-244713 at Uttrakhand.
Kindly comment on the above formulation whether it is genuine or not as I am using the product for cough relief.

I have been suing NICOTEX manufactured by cipla as a nicotine substitute as I quit smoking. I have got into many health problems - tooth ache, constipation to name a few. I have not been able to contact customer support cipla. I had none oh these problems as long s I was smoking 38 years. I will appreciate immediate advice from CIPLA - should I continue nicotec which I have been using for lat one month. Although the pack says its sugar free I don't think it is as my sugar/ glucose level has increased after I stopped smoking and started using Nicotex Look forward to an immediate response Thanks Chandrasekar

one thing i strongly says , please maintain efficient staff to delivery as well as computer operating , y because instead of typing HIG-65 typed as HIG-E5... what is this nonsense courier services to run ....

Using this service u only cash the money .... so please don't bluff the customers.

My mobile no is [protected].i am using this number from last 2 yrs.This time i have facing problem to use net connection.i have recharged 3 times form 10 feb. to 2 march for my net connection.All time my balance deduct from my mobile.i used Rs96 pack for net.when i called in customer care then my call was kept on hold for 17 minutes.after this i cut the phone.plz give me solution as soon as possible. in the time of mobile portabilty this type of service will not accepted by any one.

on 28/02/2010 I had
bought 1 strips (containing 10 tablets ) of MONTAIR 4 from M/s Laxminarayan Chemist at
Rajwada Dhar M.P.
After a few time I found that some tablet are missing from
packed strip.
Then I went to the shopkeeper and complaint
this matter.Shopkeeper register this complaint to the C & F.
After two days shopkeeper asked me that the
C & F has rejected your complaint and did not replace the strip.
Now I am feeling cheated from Cipla company's
product and also from their whole selling agencies.
I also complaint all this matter to cipla's complaint department many times but they did not give any reply.

i am airtel user for last five years. a good customer indeed..
i always pay my bill before time.. but i highly gutted by your services.. today i found my no. deactivated without any prior notice. since morning i was trying to connect to customer care executive, , , , but no one picked up my calls. till now i have visited relation ship centre twice but all in vain.. also customer care executives are not telling me anything about deactivation. each time i was told to wait for half/one hour. but it is more than five hours.. but nothing happened..
i hope for your quick response. orelse i would leave your company..

Its been almost 20 days our bsnl broadband is not working few days back after tiring phone calls to siliguri broadband service there wasnt any action from their end. and we went to fulbari exchange
and we got the connection for just two days and again its been 3 days we could not access internet
pls look into the matter. As internet is very important for our company and just for poor connection there are lots of pending.

There is nobody to listen to the problem or you can say to attend the problem, once you register the problem you will be told the time and date to attend the problem, but once time passed & you will called & a new time will be told to you but nobody will reach to attend and on call again a new time will be given to you again and you remain waiting the person who will come to run your TV for the days..., it could also turn into the weeks sometimes.It may be the poorest service in india...

i ashwani kumar live in a-55/56 flat 303 madhu vihar patparganj delhi 92 my room is on third floor and on second floor there is hdfc recovery agency name is techmech. on 23 night they had recovered some byke from anywhere and come at office at madhu vihar. then they took my byke instead of recovered byke and taken at thier yard. they left one byke and took away my byke. my byke no is up 66 c 3860. kindly take this issue serieosly this is the matter of general people who is not related to ur agency or any thing.
