I hereby wanna bring it into the notice that after the issue of free bus pass people who are supposed to reach far of places are unable to reach on time even after waiting for 1/2 to 1hour as many girls and women who can walk to the nearby or next stop will make it difficult and impossible for others to climb the bus .I kindly oblige and request the higher authority to take actions against this issue and if possible to cancel the free bus...

My name is uma. And
My complain is related to bus counductor, his behevior is so badly and rough mouth and also used bad launage.
Plz i humbly request to action for this counductor.
And i also complain for bus service center
Why not checking all days bus camera's.
Today in this bus every girls pesenger listening his bed words......

Dear Sir,I am working women and used to travel daily through Bhopal City Link Buses.From last 3 or 4 time when i am travelling on Bus No MP04 PA 1468 the ticket collector used to speak very harsh language to the womens. It was really embarrassing to us but we are not able to do direct complaint to the related authority.Please take a needful action.So that they never do such thing to the passengers....

I am in all praise for the excellant Services and Innovation by BMTC Vajra (Volvo) Services in Bengaluru. however I would like to bring in the attention of the concerned to the following issue which is personally affecting me.
