I ordered a bouquet from cityflowers but not delivered at all. I paid full amount.

No effort and no reply from company side. I sent message, sent email but still no response.

I have waited 6 days but still no response.

No one is answering after paying.

It's fraudulent and cheating website.

Please dont use this website...

I ordered a bouquet in cityflowers.co.in, on 14th feb by 9.30 am. I paid the full amount, the coupon said the product will be delivered on the same day. To find out when will it be delivered, I called the customer care, it was answered and replied that it will be delivered by evening.

After that, I didn't receive the product at all. I called multiple times, texted, but all my calls were not answered . No reply from anyone....

I have ordered for valentines(order no. CT[protected] from cityflowers.co.in for a specific time frame and the order has still not been delivered(its next day now), showing out for delivery since a long time.

What's the point of delivering when the special day has passed. There's only a single mobile number on their website for grievances which nobody picks up. Nobody cares to respond to emails. What to do and where to go to...
