I ordered a bouquet in cityflowers.co.in, on 14th feb by 9.30 am. I paid the full amount, the coupon said the product will be delivered on the same day. To find out when will it be delivered, I called the customer care, it was answered and replied that it will be delivered by evening.
After that, I didn't receive the product at all. I called multiple times, texted, but all my calls were not answered . No reply from anyone. I didn't receive any mails or message regarding delay or failure. I sent an official mail but still no reply.
In the terms and conditions, it says, they may take upto 4 days to deliver, I have waited for 6 days, but still no response.
From cityflowers, no effort was made to deliver the product and no courtesy to refund the money.
It is purely fraudulent, I want my money back fully
