Confirmtkt App Complaints & Reviews

I booked 4 tickets on 11 oct 2024 from ferozepur to moradabad and the tickets got cancelled due to non availability of seats i got confirmation message about the refund Rs.360 & Rs.1080 but i did not received till now. I also raised the complaint with confirmtkt app on email id - [protected]@confirmtkt.com but i did not received any emails about my complaint. Detail of the tickets are as below :

I'm traveling from Lucknow to etawah by ljn shatabdi pnr number [protected].
In all train everyone got food except me. Staff is asking me to pay more for food even they did not provided a cup of tea. Ridiculous service. They did not ask me for food on ticket booking time.
They charge me more than normal charges. Plz take necessary action against Indian railway and confirm tkt...

I booked 3 tickets through confirmtkt app for a train journey from kozhikode(CLT) to H nizamuddin (nzm) in new delhi on date 17 december 2021 . Train starts from clt on 16:30

Later i canceled one ticket and now it shows that two tickets have been canceled but i only canceled one what should i do next
I dont know what to do
Their customer service is also not responding...

Money has been deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked and money not refunded highly disappointed by the service...
