Confirmtkt App — Refund issue

I booked 4 tickets on 11 oct 2024 from ferozepur to moradabad and the tickets got cancelled due to non availability of seats i got confirmation message about the refund Rs.360 & Rs.1080 but i did not received till now. I also raised the complaint with confirmtkt app on email id - [protected]@confirmtkt.com but i did not received any emails about my complaint. Detail of the tickets are as below :
Date of booking : 11.10.2024
Train no.: 13308 (Gangasatluj EXP)
Booking Id: TK[protected]Q29
Amount of Refund: 1080 & 360
registered email : [protected]@gmail.com
registered ph: [protected]
I also attached the screenshot of booking & confirmtkt profile.
